Lori A. Favata

Lori A. Favata is a graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Juris Doctor degree in 1988. She is a 1984 graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Prior to joining the practice in 1999, she obtained extensive work experience in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability law. She has been in practice since 1989, during which time she has done both plaintiff and insurer defense work in administering and litigating workers' compensation claims. In addition, she has civil litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, negligence, and general disability matters. She currently handles cases in all of these areas and specializes in representing disabled employees in workers' compensation and Social Security disability cases.

Christopher M. Flood

Christopher M. Flood is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1988. He graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984. Prior to founding his law practice in the historic city of Marlborough, Massachusetts in 1991, he practiced law at a litigation firm in Boston, acquiring extensive legal research, writing and courtroom experience. The law firm now focuses on representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in both residential and commercial real estate, zoning, development and land use, estate planning, personal injury, Social Security disability, business and corporate formation and maintenance, landlord/tenant law, and general civil litigation. Sarah Bower Briones is an attorney with over 23 years of experience representing clients in Federal and Massachusetts Courts, including Civil, Criminal, and Probate and Family Court. She graduated from Boston College in 1988 and received her JD degree with honors from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to opening her own practice, she worked for a large insurance company and a personal injury firm in Boston.

Craig M. Higgins grew up in central Massachusetts.
