William J. Toulouse
William J. Toulouse is originally from Emmons, Minnesota and was a member of the last graduating class from Emmons High School in 1990. Bill was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1998, joined Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. in 1999 as an Associate Attorney, and has been a Partner and Shareholder of Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. since January 2001. Bill is an active member of the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustang Boosters, Knights of Columbus Council 1621, and Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Outside of the office, Bill's interests include watching sports, playing golf and trivia. Bill is married to his wife, Traci, and has two children, Courtney and Anthony (AJ).

Dennis H. Simpson
Dennis H. Simpson was born in Iowa and raised in North Dakota. Dennis was admitted to the Minnesota bar in 1984 and joined Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. in 1984. Dennis became a Partner and Shareholder in 1987. Dennis handles civil law work for the City of Marshall. He handles all Social Security disability cases for the firm. Dennis enjoys hunting and fishing. He enjoys spending time at his cabin up north, reading and watching sports. He also enjoys spending time with his three daughters, Cara, Kady, Taylor and his four grandchildren.

Michael W. Cable
Michael W. Cable was born in Muncie, Indiana. He was admitted to the bar in 1975, Minnesota and joined Quarnstrom & Doering, P.A. in 1975. Mike became a Partner and Shareholder in 1979. Mike handles estate planning files and real estate matters at the firm. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Nadine, their three sons Blake, Bryce and Brennan, and four grandchildren.

Matthew B. Gross
Matthew B. Gross is originally from Southwest Minnesota, growing up in the City of Ruthton. He and his family later moved to the Rochester area where he graduated from Kasson-Mantorville High School. Matthew attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor obtaining his bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Communication. Matthew continued his education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, obtaining his Juris Doctor. Matthew originally planned to practice law in the State of New York but decided to return to Minnesota. Matthew joined the firm in May 2011, and became partner in 2014.
