Tristan Eagon

Tristan Eagon is a Senior Attorney serving clients in our Dodgeville, Stoughton, Marshall and Fort Atkinson offices. She is a dedicated advocate, committed to finding a solution to any problem put before her. Her reputation as being strong-willed and having a savvy legal mind is why she is viewed as a formidable opponent. Although a fierce litigator, Tristan has a firm understanding of alternative dispute resolution and enjoys conducting mediations by identifying issues and oftentimes finding unique resolutions in matters. Tristan grew up in the rolling hills of Ohio on her grandparents’ farm. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in history at Muskingum University. She successfully became a second-generation law enforcement officer for several years before realizing that her love of the law extended far beyond criminal investigation and attended law school in Lansing, Michigan. Passing both the Michigan and Wisconsin Bar Examination, Tristan relocated to the Madison area which she has gladly called home since 2013. She has taken advance coursework in mediation in both law school and through the University of Wisconsin. She has worked as a defense attorney, prosecutor, and family law attorney - so being well-rounded is an attribute well achieved. While not working, she loves spending time with her family exploring new parks, taking mini-vacations, and enjoying the occasional motorcycle ride when the weather permits. She also has a love of aviation and dreams of completing her pilot’s license when the time is right. Meanwhile, she serves her community, doats on her daughters, and strives to make at least one person laugh every day. Tristan gladly accepts anyone who is interested in alternative dispute resolution. She one of about 165 members of the Collaborative Family Law Counsel of Wisconsin (CFLCW) which is a not for profit association of collaborative professionals practicing and promoting collaborative law, an alternative to the traditional court system. Tristan accepts clients for Family Law in Iowa, Dane, Jefferson, Rock and Sauk counties and Criminal Matters in Dane, Jefferson and Sauk counties.Tristan also serves Jefferson County as a Supplemental Court Commissioner under Hon. Judge Brantmeier and has the ability to officiate marriage ceremonies throughout the state.

Nathan Russell

Nathan Russell is the founder and owner of Russell Law Offices, SC. Born and raised on his family’s fifth generation dairy and crop farm in Shullsburg, he returned to Southwest Wisconsin to practice law in 2009. Nathan earned a degree in Agricultural Economics and his Juris Doctorate from UW-Madison. Prior to opening Russell Law Offices, Nathan taught Agricultural Education in Minnesota and served as an agriculture and commercial lender in Madison. With extensive experience in agriculture and lending, Nathan’s practice areas include real estate, contracts, business/farm transfer and startup, civil litigation, estate planning, probate & trust administration, creditor collections, municipal law, and family law. Nathan also has extensive experience in contested probate and divorces that involve farms/businesses. Nathan is married to Jennifer, whom he met through the FFA. Jennifer is the agricultural education and FFA instructor in Shullsburg, WI. They have six children: Reagan, Madison, Taylor, McKinley, Lincoln, and Jackson. Outside the office, Nathan is an avid sports fan supporting the Packers, Badgers, Bucks, Brewers, and Miners/Knights. He is heavily involved in his childrens’ activities, including assisting them show sheep across the country. Nathan is also very proud to be starting his 14th year serving as the girls’ basketball head coach for Shullsburg. Nathan has recently been sworn into the Illinois State Bar and is excited to serve clients in Northwestern Illinois.

Kyle Reimann

Kyle R. Reimann is a Senior Associate Attorney serving clients primarily in southwest Wisconsin in the areas of Criminal and Traffic Defense, Family Law, Juvenile Law, and Civil Litigation. Kyle has been practicing law since 2010 and in southwest Wisconsin since 2016. Kyle is a staunch advocate who is most comfortable in the courtroom. He has a reputation for professionalism, dedication, and passion for his clients and their cause(s). Kyle was born and raised in the Northwoods of Wisconsin in a blue-collar family. After graduating from high school, Kyle earned a degree in English from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. Upon graduation from college, Kyle went to law school at Regent University in Virginia and graduated in May 2010. Kyle passed the Wisconsin Bar Exam in summer of 2010 and began practicing law. During Kyle’s 15 years of practicing law not only has he litigated cases, but he has taught law courses at UW-Platteville in Criminal Law, Evidence Law, Courtroom and Testimony, Criminal Procedure, and coached the UW-Platteville Mock Trial Team. Kyle also worked as a judicial officer (Iowa County Family Court Commissioner) for the last three years and continues to serve Iowa County as a Supplemental Court Commissioner under Hon. Matthew Allen. Kyle knows the law as an attorney, a judicial officer, and a professor.

Timothy Brovold

Timothy Brovold is a Senior Associate Attorney at Russell Law Offices, S.C. Tim’s law practice consists of Real Estate & Land Sale, Zoning and Land Use, Business and Construction Law, Landlord and Tenant Law, Creditor Law and Collection Law, and Civil Litigation. Tim was born and raised in the beautiful Mississippi River community of Alma, WI. Nestled in the bluffs of the driftless area of Wisconsin, Alma was the backdrop of Tim’s youth. After graduating from high school, Tim earned a degree in Political Science and Communication from Luther College in Decorah, IA. Tim then attended UW-La Crosse where he obtained a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration while he also served as a graduate assistant to the football team. Tim then worked at St. Norbert College as a football coach before attending the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN. After graduating from law school, Tim relocated to the Milwaukee area, with his family, to begin his legal career. Tim met his wife Jessie on the football field at UW-La Crosse where Jessie was an athletic trainer. Jessie is the Chief Operating Officer at Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin in Pewaukee, WI. Jessie and Tim live in Mukwonago, WI with their two children, Bella and Fynn. When not hard at work representing his clients, Tim is an avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast. Tim’s favorite teams are the teams that his children play for, but also include the Badgers, Packers, and Brewers. Tim also likes to hunt and fish with his family and friends. Tim spends the majority of his free time with his family, including church services and coaching youth sports.

Spencer Wingert

Spencer Wingert is a dedicated Family Law attorney located in our Jefferson County offices. Spencer takes pride in providing a crucial service to his clients in their time of need. It is important to him to provide high-quality service to people in their most vulnerable time of need and provide a positive experience. Spencer graduated with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville (2017) then was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 2021 after attending the University of Wisconsin Law School. Spencer is an avid Wisconsin sports fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their pets. Spencer’s young family is expecting their first child this summer. Spencer serves clients in Jefferson, Walworth and Waukesha counties.

Laine Carver

Laine Carver grew up in Benton, Wisconsin, where he graduated from high school in 2014. From there, Laine graduated summa cum laude from University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earning a degree in Accounting and Business Administration-Finance. After interning with a public accounting firm, Laine attended the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate and graduated cum laude in 2022. In his free time, Laine enjoys golfing, spending time with his yellow lab, Reggie, and taking in as many Wisconsin sporting events as possible. As a lifelong resident of Southwest Wisconsin, Laine is thrilled to be back in the area serving the communities that he loves.

Nathaniel Yackel

Nathaniel Yackel is an Associate Attorney based out of the Stoughton, Waunakee, Jefferson, and Fort Atkinson offices. Nathaniel grew up in Madison, Wisconsin and graduated from Madison West High School in 2013. From there, Nathaniel went on to attend Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, graduating magna cum laude in 2017 with a double major in International Studies and Geography. After working as a paralegal at an immigration law firm in Minneapolis, Nathaniel returned home to Madison to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2023. In law school, Nathaniel helped tenants navigate legal disputes with their landlords at the University of Wisconsin’s Neighborhood Law Clinic, competed on the Mock Trial Team, and clerked at a Madison law firm specializing in civil litigation. In his free time, Nathaniel enjoys seeing live music, trying new restaurants, traveling both in the U.S. and abroad, and spending time with his two black cats. Nathaniel is thrilled to be able to give back to his native Wisconsin by helping clients resolve their legal issues.
