Vincent J. Scotto III

Vincent J. Scotto, III passed away on May 19, 2020. He was born and raised in San Francisco and attended Riordan High School, USF and Lincoln University Law School. In 1979 he received his JD and joined Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold. In late 1989, Vince formed the Law Offices of Vincent J. Scotto, III. He was a longtime Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation and a member of the California Applicants Association (and a past president of the San Francisco Chapter) and Consumer Attorneys of California. He was also a past president of the San Mateo County Trial Lawyers Association, named Trial Lawyer of the Year by them, and Applicant Attorney of the Year by the State of California Lawyers Association Workers’ Compensation section. He was a frequent lecturer for CAAA, CAOC and local bar associations. He was an advocate for his clients, working tirelessly to fight for the best possible outcomes.
