Mark C. Hartsoe
Mark C. Hartsoe is the founding partner of Hartsoe Law Firm, P.C., with 33 years of legal experience. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1985 and is admitted to practice in Virginia (1985) and Tennessee (1991), as well as before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His career includes roles as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, Deputy Law Director for the City of Knoxville, and Assistant Attorney General. He was a Senior Partner at Butler, Vines & Babb, P.L.L.C. for ten years before founding his own firm. His practice focuses on personal injury law, including truck and car wreck cases, premises liability, medical negligence, and birth injury cases.
