Cecelia Smith is a Law Clerk at Jeckering & Associates and has been a part of the team since May of 2022. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of THE Ohio State University with a B.A. in political science and is continuing her education as a JD Candidate at Capital University Law School. At Capital, Cecelia serves as Vice President of the Construction Real Estate Association and Treasurer of the Women’s Law Association. She is also a Staff Member on Volume 51 of the Capital University Law Review, is a Dean’s list recipient, and is highly active in the Columbus pro bono legal community. Cecelia plans to graduate in May of 2024 and pursue a career regarding transactional law.

Richard is a Law Clerk at Jeckering & Associates and joined our team in March of 2022. He is J.D. Candidate at Capital University Law School with the Class of 2024, and he earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business with the Class of 2018. At Capital, Richard is a Dean’s List recipient and serves as a Staff Member on Volume 51 of the Capital University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Richard worked as a strategic planner at NetJets Aviation Inc., in Columbus, Ohio.
