Steffanie Walczak has been an attorney with Petit & Dommershausen, SC since 2012. Her practice is centralized on Family Law (divorce, paternity, child support), with special emphasis on Guardianships of Adults and Juveniles and Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption cases. Steffanie attended Marquette University for both her undergraduate and law school studies. She is a transplant to the Fox Valley from Central Wisconsin, but has formed a deep connection with the community through volunteering. She is a 20+ year member of Kiwanis International’s service organizations and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Darboy. In her free-time, she and her spouse enjoy fishing, camping, and hiking with their very energetic rescue dog.

His practice focuses primarily on family law, criminal defense, and estate planning. He currently practices out of the Green Bay office, and represents clients in cases across Northeast Wisconsin. He lives in the Green Bay area with his wife and daughter.

Brittany R. Running

Brittany grew up in Winneconne. She has studied in North and South Carolina and Oxford, England. She moved back to the area after law school where she resides with her husband, two children and two dogs. Brittany is a foster and adoptive parent. She is the cofounder of the Winnebago County Foster Closet. Her experience with this drives her passion for representing both children as Guardian ad Litem as well as helping parents through difficult times in both CHIPS and Divorce matters. Her favorite food is sushi and you can always ask her what’s the newest show she’s binge watching. A lot of her interests lead her to representing those faced with criminal charges as well. She greatly recognizes the importance of the rights that are afforded to all of us. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has a devotion for helping others.

Nathan J. Wojan

Nathan J. Wojan

Nathan Wojan joined Petit & Dommershausen, SC, in 2012 after previously working at another Wisconsin law firm. Nathan became a partner in 2016. Nathan has a general practice with an emphasis on Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and Defense Advocacy. Originally from the Wausau area, Nathan graduated from Wausau East High School and later received his Bachelor’s in Political Science at UW-Oshkosh. Nathan earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. While enrolled at Law School, Nathan served as the Special Projects Editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review and as a Moot Court competitor in the Jenkins Honors Moot Court Competition and the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Nathan has previously served his community as a United Way Emerging Leader, as a Free Legal Assistance Clinic volunteer, and as a Salvation Army volunteer. Outside of work, Nathan is a musician, loves sports, and spends most of his time with his wife and child.

Tiffany M. Schramm

Tiffany's practice primarily consists of family law matters, including divorce, paternity, custody/placement, child support, and prenuptial agreements. Tiffany also represents clients on the following matters: restraining orders, juvenile cases, CHIPS cases, and guardianships. Tiffany grew up in Seymour and returned to the Fox Valley area upon graduating from law school. Tiffany earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at UW-La Crosse and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While in law school, Tiffany was elected as a class representative for the Student Bar Association, was on the board of the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender & Society, and was a member of the Women's Law Student Association. Tiffany has volunteered with the Outagamie County Legal Clinic, as a board member for the Appleton Area Jaycees, and as a regional coordinator for High School Mock Trial. When Tiffany is not practicing law, she enjoys running, playing soccer, reading, and traveling/hiking with her husband and son.
