John Osborne

John Osborne is Senior Counsel at Goldberg & Osborne, dedicating his practice exclusively to plaintiffs’ personal injury law. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a legal specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. He actively litigates catastrophic injury cases, including product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, with notable jury awards and confidential settlements against major manufacturers. Adam Dougherty

At Feller & Wendt, Adam is responsible for trying the firm’s most complicated and difficult cases along with his partner and friend, R. Matthew Feller. Adam Dougherty has been involved in the legal system for over 30 years, first as a corrections officer in 1993, then a parole officer / probation officer and finally in 2004 he became a trial lawyer.
