Frank D’Amico, Jr. founded his plaintiff’s litigation practice in 1986. A graduate of Loyola University and a life-long resident of New Orleans, his practice is headquartered in Metairie with a Northshore office in Slidell. John W. Redmann

Born and raised in New Orleans, attorney John W. Redmann is the son of William V. Redmann, a respected judge on Louisiana’s 4th Circuit Court of Appeal, and comes from a family with a rich tradition in legal practice. Cayce Peterson

Cayce Peterson is a founding partner of JJC Law LLC, specializing in maritime, products liability, environmental, and personal injury litigation. He holds degrees in physics, mathematics, and computer science, giving him a unique understanding of technical issues in maritime and environmental cases. Cayce is an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Tulane Law School and an active member of many bar associations and community service organizations. He has been named to Louisiana Super Lawyers for maritime law.

James “Jimmy” Courtenay

James “Jimmy” Courtenay is a founding partner of JJC Law LLC, specializing in transportation, maritime, general personal injury, and insurance litigation. He spent over 7 years defending insurance companies and corporations before shifting to represent injured individuals. Jimmy played football for Ole Miss and LSU, including the 2003 National Championship season. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center. He has successfully handled cases through trial and appeal and is often retained by other attorneys for litigation assistance.

Josh Marino

Joseph B. Marino, III (Josh) is a partner at JJC Law LLC, focusing on maritime law, catastrophic injury, and insurance litigation. He graduated from Ole Miss in 2001 and received his law degree from LSU in 2005. Josh clerked for Chief Judge Richard T. Haik and Justice David Medina before practicing maritime law. He shifted his focus in 2017 to exclusively represent victims of catastrophic injuries. Josh is AV “Preeminent” rated by Martindale Hubbel and is a Louisiana Super Lawyer.

Trenton A. Grand

Trenton A. Grand, better known as Trent, is a native of Baton Rouge who practices law in areas of consumer and commercial bankruptcy, debt reorganization, personal injury, estate planning, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. He received his B.A. degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at LSU. He is admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of the states of Louisiana and Texas, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana, and Southern District Court of Texas. Some of Mr. Grand’s memberships and associations include the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Louisiana Land Title Association, Texas Land Title Association, Texas Bar Association, Louisiana Homebuilders Association, Capital Region Homebuilders Association, and the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry. Mr. Grand has been a speaker at various bankruptcy-related seminars, including Bankruptcy: A Creditors Perspective by Lorman Education Services.
