Tim Hayes

Timothy Hayes is a cofounding partner of Bishop & Hayes, with deep ties to the Ozarks. He attended Evangel University and the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List and a Moot Court Competition award winner. Tim began his legal career handling personal injury claims and litigation in the Pacific Northwest before returning to Springfield, MO, to establish Bishop & Hayes with Brad Bishop. He has over 20 years of experience in civil auto accident litigation. Tim proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom and has led numerous medical/aid missions to war zones. He is committed to serving his clients, community, and those in need, fighting for the injured against big insurance companies.

Brad Bishop

Brad Bishop is a cofounding partner of Bishop & Hayes, focusing exclusively on auto accident law with over 25 years of experience. He represents clients with compassion and professionalism, aiming for just compensation. Brad started his career in insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into insurance company methods before transitioning to represent accident victims. He is dedicated to helping those in need, serving as a deacon and Sunday school teacher at Forest Park Baptist Church and on the board of directors for Life Choices Medical Clinic and Resource Center. He and his wife Jill have lived in Joplin since 1998, raising their four children there.
