Russel B. Teschon

Russel B. Teschon practices principally in the area of litigation, including personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, estate, family, and commercial cases. He received his B.A. from Houghton College and his J.D. from Pace University School of Law. He has also undertaken graduate work at Dallas Theological Seminary. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars. In addition to his work as an attorney, he previously served as Municipal Judge for the Township of Wyckoff for three decades, dealing with a wide range of issues from traffic violations and domestic disputes to matters close to the heart. His public service presently includes being Chairman of the Family Part Early Settlement Panel 16 in Bergen County. He has held positions as Judge for the Borough of Glen Rock, Attorney for the Ringwood Zoning Board of Adjustment, Prosecutor for the Borough of North Haledon, and Prosecutor for the Township of Wyckoff. Additional service to the public includes Member District IIA Ethics Committee and Chairman Panel D District IIA Fee Arbitration Committee. Mr. Teschon is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, The New Jersey Bar Association, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Society. Gina L. Campanella

Ms. Campanella is a nationally respected attorney who dedicates herself to educating professionals on issues of business transactions and regulatory compliance. She focuses her practice on business law, health care regulatory and transactional matters, and residential and commercial real estate. She has extensive experience assisting clients with transactional services and regulatory compliance consulting and has provided general counsel services to small and large businesses, medical practices, professional societies and real estate clients alike.

Steven W. Tarta

Steven W. Tarta, Esq. has been providing Estate Planning, Elder Law and Probate Expense Reduction services since 1992. He focuses on Asset Preservation using various trusts and offers a conservative approach to client objectives. His practice is exclusively limited to Federal and New Jersey Estate Tax Planning. He graduated from Alfred University in 1968 with a BA in Business Administration and Economics, and received a Doctor of Laws Degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1971. He also studied International Law at The Peace Palace in Brussels, Belgium. He has over 50 years of professional experience, including a judicial clerkship and time as an Assistant County Prosecutor, before entering private practice.

Michael P. Hickey, Esq. is responsible to handle litigation matters, as part of the litigation team. He received his B.A. with honors from Stockton State College and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School. He has attended graduate studies at Alliance Theological Seminary. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and has been actively practicing law for eighteen years. He is a vital member of the firm for over ten years. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was employed with Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker and Crummy Del Deo Dolan Griffinger and Vecchione. While working for these firms, Michael primarily defended the interests of large corporate clients in personal injury, product liability and employment matters.

Darryl W. Siss

Darryl W. Siss, Esq. is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, zoning and land use applications, landlord-tenant matters, and business entity formation. A graduate of Montclair State University (B.A.) and Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., Magna Cum Laude), Mr. Siss is known for his dedication to providing effective, client-focused legal solutions. With a long background in land use law, he previously served as Passaic County Counsel, board attorney for the Midland Park Planning Board, Hawthorne Planning Board and the Prospect Park Board of Adjustment as well as representing clients before numerous planning boards. His deep understanding of land use regulations makes him a trusted advisor for developers, property owners, and businesses navigating complex zoning and planning matters. After 35 years, Mr. Siss has made the exciting transition to serve as Of Counsel to the firm. This new role allows him to continue providing valued guidance on client matters while also spending more time with his family and continuing to serve as a trustee of Madison Avenue Crossroads Community Ministries and a member of the Hawthorne Rotary. He previously served as trustee and vice president of the Board of Hope Christian Services.

Peter E. Riccobene practices in the areas of Commercial Financing & Real Estate and Private Client Services - Trust and Estate administration. He received his B.A. from Tulane University, his J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law - Penn State and his LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University. He is admitted to the New Jersey and Florida Bars.

Michael practices in the areas of real estate law, landlord-tenant matters, and corporate transactions. His diverse background in both legal and business sectors allow him to provide well-rounded counsel to clients navigating complex real estate and corporate matters. Prior to joining TRS, Michael worked at Atlantic Global Risk, where he played a key role in brokering representations & warranties insurance for M&A transactions. His experience in risk assessment and deal structuring provides him with valuable insight into corporate transactions and financial protections. Earlier in his career, Michael served as a contract and marketing analyst at The Aust Group, his family’s M&A brokerage firm, gaining hands-on experience in deal negotiations, contract analysis, and business operations. He also has experience in estate planning and litigation support from various legal internships, further enhancing his ability to assist our clients with a broad range of legal needs. Michael earned his B.A. from Taylor University and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and remains committed to delivering strategic and client-focused legal solutions.
