Mark B. Weisser

Mark B. Weisser co-founded Weisser and Wolf in 1988, focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation law. He is one of the first attorneys certified as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law by the Ohio State Bar Association and serves on the Ohio State Workers’ Compensation Specialty Board. Scott A. Wolf

Scott A. Wolf has been practicing law in Ohio for 35 years, specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation. He is one of the first attorneys certified as a specialist in Ohio Workers’ Compensation Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Attorney Stephen C. Crowe is a founding partner of Crowe & Welch, practicing primarily in the area of bankruptcy law. For over 40 years, Mr. Crowe has handled all aspects of bankruptcy, including representation of individuals in Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcies, businesses in Chapter 7 and 11 filings, and farm Chapter 12 cases. Mr. Crowe was formerly associate counsel with Central Trust Company, N.A., and is now an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati, Clermont College, teaching the class Bankruptcy and Debt. He also represents clients with issues involving personal injury, family law, estate planning, and probate administration.

Attorney Robert H. Welch II is a founding partner at the law firm of Crowe & Welch. Mr. Welch II dedicates his legal practice to the areas of business law, estate planning, probate, personal injury, and real estate. Mr. Welch II obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Rider University graduating with a degree in Accounting. He went on to pursue his legal career, earning a Juris Doctorate degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He was admitted to the practice of law in 1976 and became a certified accountant in 1978. His financial background has been an invaluable asset to his legal career, giving him the knowledge and skills he needs to help clients make sound business and financial decisions, whether it be in the context of real estate transactions, business negotiations, or estate planning.

Attorney Robert H. Welch III joined Crowe & Welch in 2004 and since that time, has handled a myriad of legal issues including divorce, contempts, child support, probate, adoptions and guardianships, custody issues, grandparents rights, real estate, estate planning, personal injury, and landlord tenant disputes.

Attorney Christopher S. Cushman is a skilled attorney who has been providing quality legal representation in the areas of family law, juvenile and criminal defense, and probate in Cincinnati and the surrounding counties since 1998. Mr. Cushman joined Crowe & Welch in 2003.
