William R. Sullivan
Bill Sullivan has practiced law for over 35 years in Snohomish County. He is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in all Washington courts, federal courts, and the United States Supreme Court. He currently serves as a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association Board of Trustees and he has served on various Sections and Boards of the Washington State Bar Association. Bill has the respect of the Snohomish County judges, who have appointed him as a Judge Pro Tem and Court Commissioner Pro Tem. The clerks of the court awarded him their 2006 Pro Tem Jurist award. Bill is also respected by his fellow lawyers, as evidenced by receiving the highest rating offered by Martindale Hubbell: AV Preeminent. “An AV certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment-a testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.” Bill has also acted as an arbitrator in the Snohomish County Superior Court since 1986. His practice has focused upon civil trial work, including litigation in the areas of dissolution, personal injury, business, and real estate. Bill has a particular focus upon family law. He is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and was recognized as the 2007 Ken Weber Attorney of the Year by the WSBA Family Law section. Bill believes in mediation, is a founding member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Snohomish County Bar Association, and has been acting as a mediator for over 25 years.

Danielle U. Pratt
Danielle Pratt joined Mill Creek Law in 2017. She obtained dual degrees in English and Spanish, and a minor in International Studies-Comparative Religion from the University of Washington. Danielle attended Willamette University College of Law. Her practice focuses primarily on serving families and the elderly in the community, including estate planning, probate, estate litigation, guardianship, vulnerable adult protection, domestic relations and personal injury. Danielle is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Snohomish County Bar Association (board of directors member), and the Western District of Washington Federal Bar. She is an active member of the Mill Creek Rotary, serving on the Board as the upcoming President for 2018-2019.

Karl F. Hausmann
Karl Hausmann practices commercial, construction, and real estate litigation representing contractors, property owners, and businesses. He also handles probate and personal injury litigation. Karl began his legal career at the Washington Attorney General's Office. He served as the President of the Snohomish County Bar Association in 2011. He was a Council Member of the Washington State Bar Association Construction Law Section and one of the authors of the WSBA’s Model Residential Construction Contract. Jeffrey E. Pratt
Jeff is a founding member of the firm. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego and his undergraduate degree from Washington State University. His law practice focuses on assisting individual and business clients with entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and general corporate and contract matters. He also assists franchise clients with franchise compliance, real estate acquisition and operations. He is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, California State Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association. He is a charter member and past president of the Mill Creek Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow, and current member of the Sno-Isle Skill Center Foundation.

Patrick K. McKenzie
Pat McKenzie joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1991. He obtained his law degree from the University of Oregon and an L.L.M. degree in taxation from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Western District of Washington. His law practice is focused in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Real Estate. Pat joined the firm as a shareholder in 1996. He is a member and past president of the Mill Creek Rotary Club.
