David V. Diggs

David Diggs is an attorney in private practice. He graduated from the University Of Maryland School Of Law in 1986. Mr. Diggs represents clients in divorce actions, child custody, visitation, support cases, adoption, guardianship, and paternity proceedings. He is a frequent lecturer before professional and community groups on these topics and he has authored numerous volumes focusing on these issues. Mr. Diggs is trained in the mediation of family law disputes and serves as a mediator for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He is also trained in collaborative law. Mr. Diggs is a long-time member of the Maryland Association for Justice and is the Immediate Past President. He is the current President of the American Association for Justice’s Council of Presidents. Mr. Diggs represents clients in all areas of personal injury litigation. He has recovered sizeable awards for clients who have suffered serious personal injury and the death of loved ones as the result of vehicular accidents and medical negligence. Mr. Diggs is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the Prince George’s County Bar Association. He has been recognized multiple times in Maryland Super Lawyers® magazine and has enjoyed an AV® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell® since 2008. He is a Fellow of the MSBA Foundation and recently received the Daily Record’s Award for Leadership in the Law.

Ben Barnes

Ben double majored in Economics and Political Science and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. After graduation, Ben secured a position with People for the American Way, a progressive advocacy organization, where he worked on many progressive issues such as civil rights and first amendment protections. During that time, he was elected as the National Committeeman for the Young Democrats of Maryland and later nominated and secured a position as the Vice Chair of the Prince George’s County Democratic Central Committee where he served for three years.. After leaving People for the American Way, Ben worked as a legislative aide for the President of the Maryland Senate and was subsequently promoted to Deputy Legislative Director. In that capacity, he was an advocate for important initiatives including common sense gun control legislation, increasing the minimum wage in Maryland, and legislation that benefited the working-class and our environment. During his tenure with the Senate President, he worked his way through the University of Baltimore School of Law at night, and in 2004, Ben was admitted to the Maryland Bar. After law school, Ben clerked for Judge James J. Lombardi in the Prince George’s County Circuit Court, 7th Judicial Circuit. Currently, he is an attorney at the Law Office of Hall Butler MacCleay and Maloney in Bowie. In 2006, Ben was elected to the House of Delegates as a representative for the 21st District, serving Anne Arundel and Prince George’s counties. He has served as a Chief Deputy Majority Whip in the House of Delegates and is currently Chair of the House Appropriations Committee. Ben currently lives in College Park with his wife Caitlin, and their three sons.

Jennifer Huisman

Jennifer Huisman is an Associate Attorney at The John Hall Law Group. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation claims, Social Security Disability matters, and related areas of law. Prior to joining The John Hall Law Group, Mrs. Huisman was an Associate Attorney with Ashcraft & Gerel (2016-2018), where she represented clients in workers’ compensation and disability cases. She has extensive experience in legal research and writing, which she applies to develop effective strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Lisa Bogan-Reohr

Lisa Bogan-Reohr is an attorney working as a paralegal in our office. She graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1993 and from Wellesley College, cum laude, in 1987. She practiced law in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut. While she contemplates sitting for the Maryland Bar, her experience in civil litigation, legal research and writing are an asset to our team.

John M Hall Jr.

John M. Hall, Jr. began his Law Career in 1992 while employed at the State's Attorney's office for Prince George's County and has been in private practice assisting Injured Workers since 1998. John Hall has represented thousands of Civilians and Public Safety clients.

Dennis Mundt is an Attorney at The John Hall Law Group, where he concentrates his practice on workers’ compensation and related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mundt practiced at O’Malley & Perry Law (2024-2025). He also served as a Prospect Research Analyst with Dynamic Catholic (2020-2022) and as a Paralegal with HHC Company 2/104th, Army National Guard (2013-2019), assisting Army lawyers and commanders with legal and judicial matters.
