Michael S. Mogenson

Michael S. Mogenson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker University and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law. He practices criminal defense, appellate law, and personal injury. He is licensed in Kansas and Missouri State Courts, the U.S. District Court of Kansas, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri. Michael has extensive experience as a Municipal Prosecutor and defense attorney, involved in numerous criminal trials. He was recognized as one of the top 100 trial attorneys from Kansas by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2012 and a 'Rising Star' in Criminal Defense by Law & Politics in 2008.

Kyle A. Branson

Kyle A. Branson has practiced law since 2006. He is licensed in Missouri and Kansas State Courts, the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas, and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri. His practice focuses on personal injury, civil, and criminal litigation. Leah Burkhead has exclusively practiced workers’ compensation law throughout her legal career. She co-founded Mark & Burkhead in 1992, representing injured workers and members of major labor unions in Kansas City. She is licensed in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois. She earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1990 and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri in 1987.
