Michael S. Mogenson
Michael S. Mogenson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker University and a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law. He practices criminal defense, appellate law, and personal injury. He is licensed in Kansas and Missouri State Courts, the U.S. District Court of Kansas, and the U.S. District Court Western District of Missouri. Michael has extensive experience as a Municipal Prosecutor and defense attorney, involved in numerous criminal trials. He was recognized as one of the top 100 trial attorneys from Kansas by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2012 and a 'Rising Star' in Criminal Defense by Law & Politics in 2008.
