Bryan E. Comer

A Mobile-area native, Bryan Comer and his family have close ties to the local community. In his role as a Partner at Tobias & Comer Law, LLC, he helps lead the firm’s practice with two decades of litigation experience focused on wrongful death, trucking accidents, product liability, class actions, medical negligence, and personal injury. Bryan earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law. While in Tuscaloosa as an undergrad, Bryan was a member of JASONS and Phi Beta Kappa, graduating magna cum laude. In law school, he was awarded the George Peach Taylor Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and served as an Associate Justice on the Honor Court. S. Mark Andrews

Mark Andrews was born and raised in Dothan, Houston County, Alabama. He is a partner at Morris, Andrews, Talmadge & Driggers, LLC, focusing on serious injury and wrongful death cases. He has served on state and local bar committees and the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. Brian P. McCarthy

Brian is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried cases to jury verdict or judgment throughout the State of Alabama. He also has successfully litigated cases in Florida, Mississippi and Texas. Brian has significant experience in admiralty and maritime, products liability, railroad, wrongful death, personal injury, commercial litigation, professional and medical malpractice, aviation, and labor and employment. He also has successfully defended clients in cases involving mass-torts, multi-district litigation, and other complex litigation. Brian is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only group limited to one percent of the lawyers licensed to practice in the United States and Canada. William M. Cunningham

William (Billy) M. Cunningham, Esq. had over forty-Five years of experience and success representing both individual and business clients in civil litigation matters. His practice involved personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, business litigation, environmental law and insurance matters. Mr. Cunningham is licensed to practice in the state and Federal courts of Alabama and Mississippi, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Jonathan M. Lieb

Mr. Lieb also regularly defends motor carriers and their drivers in cases involving catastrophic injuries and fatalities. Mr. Lieb also has significant experience in professional liability, insurance defense, transportation, personal injury, maritime, and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Mississippi. Mr. Lieb’s approach to serving clients well hinges on working to resolve each case with efficiency and attention to detail. He is from Fairhope, Alabama, and is married with two sons.
