Brady Vannoy

With nearly two decades of experience, Brady Vannoy is a dedicated advocate and criminal defense lawyer in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Chad was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. He attended Valparaiso University, where he studied political science with a business minor and played on the football team, graduating in 2004. That same year, he moved to Charleston to join the inaugural class at Charleston School of Law, graduating in 2007. After graduating, he joined the Berkeley County Public Defender’s Office, where he handled hundreds of cases, from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies, including murder. In 2015, Chad furthered his expertise by graduating from the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, GA. In 2016, Chad opened his own law office in downtown Summerville, expanding his practice to include magistrate and municipal courts, simple estate planning, civil defense, personal injury, and family law. In 2020, Chad joined Price Benowitz to further his criminal defense practice across South Carolina. Chad lives in Summerville with his wife, Whitney, their two children, Brian and James, and two stepchildren, Erica and Chase. He has served on several local boards, including Chase After a Cure, a non-profit supporting childhood cancer research, as a commissioner of the Summerville Church Men’s Softball League. Chad also coached youth baseball and was a Cub Scout den leader. He is an active member of the Summerville Rotary Club and St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.

Christopher Biering

Chris Biering, a dedicated attorney with over 28 years of experience, has built a reputation for his personalized approach to serving clients in Berkeley County and beyond. Born in Charleston, South Carolina, Chris spent his formative years in Providence, Orangeburg County. E. Mason West

Mason West began his career as a Criminal Prosecutor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office. His experience as a Prosecutor has helped transition his career in private practice to areas of the law that focus primarily on litigation, particularly Personal Injury, Automobile Collisions, Workman’s Compensation and Criminal Defense. Mason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Mason worked at Nelson, Mullins, Riley, & Scarborough, LLP as well as Lewis & Babcock, LLP in Columbia, SC. Prior to law school, Mason double majored at the University of South Carolina in the Darla Moore School of Business with degrees in Finance and Business Management, as well as a minor in Political Science. Mason earned high honors during his tenure at the University of South Carolina, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mason worked as a Page in the South Carolina State Senate and interned in the United States Senate on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. Mason West is a fourth generation resident of Berkeley County.

John S. West

John West is a well-known low country lawyer best known for his service in the community and his experience as Mayor of Moncks Corner. He has been practicing law for over four decades and has always put the people of Moncks Corner and Berkeley Country first.
