Gene Benton

Bart Benton

Bart Benton founded Benton & Benton Law, focusing on personal injury. He gained insight into insurance company tactics as a former defense attorney. Jared Campbell

David Dickinson received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia Law School and his Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia School of Public and International Affairs. He received his Bachelor’s in Political Science from Guilford College. He has practiced law in the state and federal courts for over 36 years. He has also served as Municipal Court Judge for the cities of Monroe, Social Circle and Walnut Grove and as Judge Pro Tempore for the Walton County Juvenile Court. He served as Council representative for Super District 8 since 2017 and as Mayor from 1998 through 2002.

Mr. Ballard completed his undergraduate studies at Troy State University in 2004 and received his juris doctor from John Marshall School of Law in 2008. He joined the firm in 2009 and became a partner in 2013. Prior to becoming an attorney, he had a successful career in law enforcement. He has significant experience in civil and criminal law and has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Georgia. He serves as Chief Municipal Court Judge and Associate Municipal Court Judge for Social Circle and Walnut Grove, respectively.

Saralyn Stewart

Saralyn Stewart graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wesleyan College and earned her J.D. from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2005. She has practiced family law, including divorce and child custody, throughout metro Atlanta and middle Georgia since graduation. Saralyn also serves as a guardian ad litem. Her experience includes clerking for the Honorable Edward Lukemire and interning at the Public Defender's Office.

Scott Willis graduated from Mercer University in 1986 with a double major in Marketing and Christianity. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1989. He entered into a clerkship with the honorable Marvin W. Sorrells, Chief Judge of the Alcovy Judicial Circuit. He practices in Real Estate Law, Probate and Will drafting, as well as Business Entity Creation. He serves as the chairman of the executive committee of FISH (Faith in Serving Humanity), and he is a member of the Athens West Gideon camp and Prince Avenue Baptist Church.
