Gregory E. Knoke graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School in 1970. He served four years as a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army before joining a firm in Monroe, WI, and later starting his own. Peter J. Kind

Peter J. Kind is a partner at Knoke & Kind Law Office. He served 22 years as a Naval Aviator, earning multiple military awards, before attending law school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His practice areas primarily include family law, personal injury, criminal, and estate planning and probate. He is licensed in Wisconsin and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circle Court of Appeals.

Daniel P. Bestul

Lance A. McNaughton

Lance McNaughton joined Duxstad, Bestul & McNaughton in 2013, after 14 years of solo practice in Southwest Wisconsin. Henry J. Morris

Henry J. Morris is an associate attorney at Duxstad McDaniel Law Group, where his practice emphasizes litigation, including criminal defense, family law, and traffic matters. He graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2025. During law school, Henry served on the Executive Board of the Moot Court program and competed with the Mock Trial team. He was recognized for his strong advocacy skills with the “Best Performance in a Course” award in UW Law’s Litigation Process course.
