Mitchell Dugan

Mitchell H. Dugan has over 30 years of experience focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability. Mallory Gold

Focusing on personal injury, estate planning and criminal matters, Mallory has been helping clients since 2013. After spending several years defending companies in general liability and products liability matters, Mallory joined forces with her father in 2021. She now enjoys representing those injured in personal injury matters and helping families navigate the probate process. Mallory is a zealous advocate for her clients and treats each and every one of them with respect. Mallory was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended the Pennsylvania State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Mallory then followed in her father’s footsteps and became a lawyer. She earned her Juris Doctorate at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Since then, she has primarily practiced in the areas of personal injury, estate planning and administration, along with criminal defense.

Melvin Gold

Attorney Melvin Gold has been practicing law for more than 40 years, focused in the areas of estate administration and personal injury. He began his career as a trial attorney in the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender, where he gained experience as a successful litigator while also practicing general areas of law for a downtown Pittsburgh law firm. In 1993, Mel became the founding partner of Melvin P. Gold, LLC and has been serving the local community for over four decades. Mel’s practice has developed heavily in the areas of estate administration and personal injury, and he has handled many of these cases over the years.

Jon Dotts is an Associate Attorney at Dugan & Associates, focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, and workplace injuries. He is a Juris Doctor, cum laude, graduate of Widener University Commonwealth Law School (2021) and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College (2018). He gained courtroom experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Katherine Emery and the Honorable Jesse Pettit in Washington County, PA. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Thomas J. McClain represents individuals harmed by auto accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, workplace accidents, and other personal injury cases, including civil rights and police brutality. He previously ran a successful solo practice and worked as an insurance defense lawyer, providing him with valuable insight into the opposition. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is a certified mediator and experienced arbitrator. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and federal courts.

Attorney Martin G Colavincenzo joined Dugan & Associates in 2004, bringing extensive experience from his career with Kemper Insurance Company's workers’ compensation department. He is a 1985 graduate of Duquesne Law School and also has experience in personal injury and toxic tort litigation. Joel B. Kundin, Of Counsel at Dugan & Associates, focuses on workers’ compensation. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a 1980 graduate of Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He has lectured frequently on the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and federal courts in both states.
