Mauro Fiore, Jr.

Mauro Fiore, Jr., is a Los Angeles native who graduated from Law School in 1998. He was drawn to personal injury work because he wanted to help those injured obtain justice against large corporations and insurance companies that attempt to take advantage of the regular everyday people that Mr. Fiore and his firm represent. Since founding the Fiore Legal Law Firm they have collected over $250 million dollars in verdicts and settlements for injured clients. As an experienced trial attorney who is comfortable and persuasive in court, he stands as a fierce advocate for his clients. Every case he takes on is given his full attention, fueled by his total commitment of attaining both justice and closure for his clients. He is an elected member of the Board of Governors of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and of the Brain Society of California (a group dedicated to protecting the rights of brain injured persons). He is also an Emeritus Board Member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities and has been instrumental in over 5 million Dollars having been donated to the poor and needy through his work with this charity. Gilbert Perez, III

Gilbert Perez, III, is a seasoned trial attorney. He has tried numerous cases to verdict and has successfully mediated hundreds of matters to successful resolution. His value lies in representing individuals against governmental entities, large corporations and insurance companies - something that he does frequently. He specializes in premises liability and catastrophic injuries. He prides himself on advancing his clients’ interests vigorously, efficiently, and effectively. Victor Cruz

Victor Cruz is a dedicated and skillful lawyer at Fiore Legal. His experience and hard work are integral to his ability to fight for justice and defend the rights of his clients. Before joining Fiore Legal, Mr. Cruz earned a paralegal certificate at an ABA-approved program and acquired invaluable knowledge working as a paralegal at an employment law firm. His experience provided him with the foundation necessary to excel in his multiple roles at Fiore Legal, since joining in the beginning of 2017, where he has focused on personal injury matters. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Cruz worked diligently to develop his legal expertise by serving as a law clerk at Fiore Legal during the summers. During this time, he published an article in the University of La Verne Law Review journal, where he also served as the Business and Technology Editor. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Cruz is now a zealous advocate for his clients.

Krystale Rosal

Krystale Rosal has been managing the litigation department of Fiore Legal since 2011. Krystale puts her clients’ best interests first while guiding them through the difficult litigation process. Krystale routinely achieves remarkable results for her clients by drawing upon her experience in both settling and trying cases. She is familiar with and is able to defuse the tactics used by the defense to undervalue the pain and suffering accident victims are forced to endure. Krystale is a proud member of CAALA, LACBA and CAOC and is active in charitable causes involving children causes. She is an Honorary Board Member of The LATLC and serves on the advisory committee of the Brain Society of Southern California, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of brain injured adults and children. Krystale has also been consistently recognized in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars Edition, spanning from 2017 to 2021.

Andrew Ritholz

Attorney Andrew Ritholz has been a lawyer for over thirty years. Originally, a New Yorker, he attended Brooklyn College. Thereafter, he attended law school at CA Western School of Law (ABA/AALS) in San Diego, CA, graduating at the top of his class. While in Law School he was Lead Articles Editor and a Staff writer for the LAW REVIEW. He also won multiple awards and scholarships while in law school. Subsequent to his graduation from law school, he also had writings published by Stanford Law School. He has been licensed to practice law in California and the District of Columbia. Prior to marrying and raising two children, Andrew also travelled the world visiting and or living in over twenty countries. He has the ability to understand and get along with people from all over the world, from all different cultures, and his clientele reflects that. People feel comfortable with Andrew because he is honest and communicative. He is always available to talk to a client.

Justin Rodriguez

Justin Rodriguez is a Trial Attorney with vast experience in both criminal and civil proceedings. He defends clients against various misdemeanors and felonies, including murder, attempted murder, robbery, burglary, fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, domestic violence, child abuse, drug possession and sales, DUI, and Restraining Orders.

Taylor Henderson

Taylor Henderson was raised in Orange County, California. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Anthropology from Texas Christian University, graduating with Cum Laude honors. She then attended law school at the University of La Verne, where she interned at a personal injury law firm. In 2020, Taylor received her license to practice law in California and worked for a reputable personal injury firm for four years before joining Fiore Legal.
