Sandy Van serves as the managing partner and founder of Van Law Firm Injury and Accident Attorneys, a legal practice specializing in personal injury, mass tort, and sex abuse litigation. The firm is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with additional offices in Lakewood and Yakima, Washington, and Monterey Park and California. Sandy received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Nevada Las Vegas in Managerial Finance and received her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law. While studying law, she externed for the Honorable Judge Nancy Saitta (formerly Justice Nancy Saitta of the Nevada Supreme Court) in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Sidney Sohn
Sidney Sohn, Esq. is a shareholder/partner at Venerable Injury Law, where his current practice primarily focuses on motor vehicle personal injuries involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, buses, trains, rideshare vehicles, bicycles and commercial transportation. David F. Delinko
David F. Delinko is an attorney with litigation experience since 1982. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem and a Court Appointed Arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. He also served over 30 years as a Reserve Police Officer, retiring with the rank of Captain. He is admitted to United States District Court for the Central District of California since 2003, a member of the State Bar of California in good standing since 2003, a member of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces since 2005, and a member of the Navy and Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals since 2005. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Stephanie Perez
With a decade experience in the legal industry, Stephanie is the Director of Operations and Litigation Manager at Venerable Injury Law. As the frontline manager of administrative operations and primary support for litigation, Stephanie is enthusiastically driven to streamline administrative and legal processes with technology in order to promote transparency, efficiency, security, and effectiveness of said processes within the firm. Utilizing her background in Business Administration and Information Systems Security, Stephanie has the ability to identify deficiencies within standard business operations and implement solutions to address specific problems. This expertise allows her to run a tight ship in order to better serve the clients at the firm. In addition, her paralegal background allows her to provide litigation support, including tasks such as research, drafting, filing, calendar management, scheduling and of counsel communications, as necessary. Through the knowledge and experience Stephanie has gained at Venerable Injury Law, having served in roles including litigation support, litigation paralegal, operations assistant, litigation manager and director of operations, she has developed a unique perspective into the personal injury industry, which is often misunderstood due to its complexity and the guarded nature of the parties involved. Desiree Velasquez
Desiree is the Director of Client Advocacy at Venerable Injury Law. As the person that oversees the personal injury claims unit, her duties include, but are not limited to, facilitation of interworking office teams, intercompany project implementation, process/protocol development, employee onboarding/new hire training, and ensuring that each team member is effectively performing to the best of their potential. She is the escalation point for complex issues and the designated problem-solver for ongoing claims. During pre-litigation, Desiree supervises each case from intake to its closing point, which specifically includes overseeing cases to ensure that every client is properly guided through the insurance claims process. By way of background, Desiree’s professional history comprises over ten years of experience in the legal sector and over twenty years of experience in customer communications and customer care. This experience allows her to successfully fulfill her role as the firm's leading negotiator and settlement advisor. Moreover, the pride that she has in her client advocacy skills drives her to encourage other team members to become the best professional versions of themselves. Desiree has a strong belief in always doing the right thing and defending those who cannot defend themselves. Such belief was instilled in her during early childhood, where she witnessed injustice and the suffering caused by such injustice. Accordingly, her professional goal is to spread knowledge and awareness to all injury victims so that they have the information, tools, and resources required to obtain justice in their own lives.

Mariana Vargas
Mariana is a Senior Client Advocate in the pre-litigation department at Venerable Injury Law, with years of experience under her belt and a particular specialty in handling premises liability and motor vehicle accident claims. Mariana has handled cases from the intake stage through settlement, so she is well aware of the potential issues that may arise at any time during the claims process. She has handled numerous types of insurance claims and has knowledge working with standard and nonstandard insurance companies, as well as commercial carriers. In addition to her expansive case handling and insurance claim experience, she also has strong negotiating skills that she brings to bear for our client’s advantage. Mariana’s positive attitude and energy are evident in her work ethic and direct feedback from clients.
