Stephanie is a life-long resident of Central NY. She earned a BA in Political Science from Ithaca College and attended Syracuse University earning her law degree and Masters of Public Administration. She is licensed to practice in all New York State and Federal Trial Courts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Onondaga county Bar Association and the NYSLTA Academy of Trial Lawyers. Stephanie has been representing individuals hurt in the car accidents, premise cases, medical malpractice, and construction accident for over 25 years. She has a proven track record of successful jury verdicts. Clients consistently comment on how Stephanie always goes above and beyond to provide every ounce of resource and support she can to people. Arthur Bigsby, Jr.

Arthur has devoted his life to representing injured workers. Sheila Fallon

To know Sheila is to love her. Her matter-of-fact, straight answer approach is admired by her clients. She works tirelessly and has devoted her life’s work to advocating for the injured worker. As an attorney with over 25 years of experience representing injured workers before the New York State Workers Compensation Board and New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Sheila has vast experience representing workers with disabilities. She’s worked side by side as a lawyer, first with her father, and then with her sister, Megan Fallon also a workers’ compensation lawyer here on the Team at Stanley Law. Sheila’s devotion to family, church, community, colleagues and clients, is second to none. As a resident of Cazenovia, she loves her town and when not working late hours at the office, she can be seen swinging a golf club or two at the nearest links.

Thomas Welch

Thomas (Tim) Welch is a life-long resident of the Syracuse area, presently residing in the City of Syracuse with his wife Kimberly. He’s spent the last twenty-five years representing injured clients before state and federal courts. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked as an advertising copywriter for a Syracuse advertising agency. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from SI Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and received his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 1993. He’s admitted to both the New York Bar and the United States Federal Court. Tim enjoys being a part of the Team at Stanley Law and likes being known as ‘nice... but tough.’ Tim’s always been a good sport about being asked to share true stories in some of the Stanley Law television and radio commercials, and appearing on the firms’ TikTok videos! He is a member of the New York Bar Association and the NY Injured Workers Bar Association. He has lectured about worker’s rights before union groups and has presented Continuing Legal Education talks on Workers’ Compensation Law and Procedures. He is a past president of the Fayetteville Free Library and past Board member of the Spanish Action League. He is also a founding member of the Emerald City Scottish Pipe band in Syracuse, NY. But after suffering a thumb injury from aggressive bag pipe playing, and realizing that no one really knew if he was playing well or not, he stepped away from the band.
