Edward J. Krug

Attorney Edward J. Krug is one of Pennsylvania’s foremost real estate and small-balance commercial lending attorneys, with 41 years of experience in the title, lending, and real estate industries. He is frequently called on by other attorneys to consult on complex real estate issues and has served as an expert witness in litigation. Throughout his career, Attorney Krug has filled various executive-level positions within the national title and lending industries, including vice president, general counsel, and president. He has served as a counsel, director and president of The Title Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA). He has also served on the board of directors of the Real Estate Service Providers Organization (RESPRO). In 2005, he returned to private practice, specializing in small-balance commercial lending and closings. Attorney Krug taught Real Estate Planning as an adjunct Professor at the Duquesne University School of Law and seeks to enhance the professionalism and skill of the practice through education.
