John D. Hawkins
John Hawkins is the Founder and CEO of HawkLaw, a firm he created and has grown and nurtured since 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since his graduation with honors in 1994 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was on the Law Review and Order of Wig and Robe. John’s career has been focused on litigation, and he is experienced in handling Car Wrecks, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law matters. His familiarity with the courtroom began when he clerked for the South Carolina Supreme Court and South Carolina Circuit Court. He also served for eight years as a South Carolina State Senator and for four years as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. John has served his country for 23 years in the South Carolina Army and Air National Guard, where he rose to the rank of Major and gained even greater legal experience as a JAG officer. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wofford College. His legal experience as a litigator, Legislator, Senator, and JAG officer, as well as the leadership skills learned in politics and the military, are put to excellent use for HawkLaw’s clients. John’s love of companies that put their customers first has led him to insist that every HawkLaw client receive an Amazing Client Experience. John enjoys spending time with his two daughters. He’s also a pilot, cyclist, and avid reader.

Randy Taylor
Randy Taylor became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1987. Over his nearly 40-year legal career, he has done everything from Real Estate to Corporate work until he became an attorney at HawkLaw, PA, in 2014 as a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney. He is now an Attorney Emeritus with the Firm. Randy has always prided himself on his attention to detail and compassionately assisting injured persons, and he has served an invaluable role at HawkLaw by using his vast experience to mentor younger attorneys through even the most difficult circumstance that the most complex cases can throw at them. His areas of practice were Personal Injury Cases; Automobile, Motorcycle and Large Truck Liability Cases; Wrongful Death Cases; Dog Bite and Premises Liability Cases; Workers’ Compensation Cases; and Social Security Disability Cases. He’s secured numerous six-figure client recoveries and multiple million-dollar client recoveries. Randy Taylor graduated from Clemson University with a BS degree in 1980 and in 1987 he graduated from the South Carolina School of Law. He resides in Boiling Springs, South Carolina, and he has a daughter, Margaret.

Drew Evans
Drew was born and raised in the Charleston area. He graduated from Clemson University in 2009, and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Edgar W. Dickson in Orangeburg, SC. He then spent over 5 years at the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Charleston where he prosecuted over 1,200 cases and tried approximately 30 jury trials. In 2018 he left the Solicitor’s Office to go into private practice, focusing on personal injury, general civil litigation, and criminal defense. He joined the HawkLaw Firm in 2020 and enjoys being a strong trial advocate for his clients, currently focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. He has successfully litigated cases in over half of the counties in South Carolina in Circuit and Magistrate Courts and the Federal District of South Carolina. He lives with his wife and two sons in Charleston where they are active members of the James Island Presbyterian Church. In his free time, Drew enjoys singing with the Charleston Men’s Chorus, cooking and eating the delicious food South Carolina and Charleston have to offer, and pulling for the Clemson Tigers!

C. Logan Rollins
C. Logan Rollins has been with HawkLaw since 2010 working on personal injury cases like car accident injuries, wrongful death and more. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Charleston School of Law, his MA in English from Clemson University, and his BA in English from North Greenville University. He is licensed to practice in all South Carolina State Courts, the District Court of the United States for the District of South Carolina, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Logan Rollins has handled cases from trial level through the appellate level.

Carolyn Atkins
Carolyn Atkins received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2012 and received her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016. Prior to joining HawkLaw, Ms. Atkins worked as an insurance defense associate before shifting her focus to represent injured clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Originally from Maryland, Ms. Atkins is proud to call Greenville her home. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and rescue dogs, and cheering for the Clemson Tigers.

Anthony Stadler
Anthony Stadler graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 2015. Mr. Stadler then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from University of Illinois Chicago Law School in 2020. He was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2021. Prior to joining HawkLaw, Anthony worked as an insurance defense associate before shifting his focus to representing clients in personal injury matters.

Colton Bledsoe
Colton Bledsoe is a personal injury attorney who has experience handling cases like car accident injuries, wrongful death, sex trafficking, negligent security, and more. He earned his J.D. from the Willamette School of Law in Salem, Oregon, and his B.S. in Sociology from Brigham Young University. Colton lives in Charleston with his wife and kids.
