Mark Switalski is a retired Macomb County Circuit Court Judge and 39th District Court Judge, now leading Mediation, Arbitration, and Facilitation at Switalski Law. With over 30 years as a judge, he presided over numerous jury trials and handled various types of litigation including Family Law, Personal Injury, and Malpractice. He founded the first Business Court in Michigan and the Macomb County Circuit Court Veterans Treatment Court. He was inducted into the Macomb County Hall of Fame in 2020.
