Mark grew up in Charleston and graduated from the College of Charleston in 1976. Mark graduated from the University Of South Carolina School of Law in 1980. Has been engaged in private practice for 44 years, primarily focusing on Family Court matters including litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mark has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America publication each year since 1995 and in the South Carolina Super Lawyers each year since its inception. Mark is a recognized statewide leader in the area of Family Court Mediation and Arbitration and he is regularly invited to speak on such matters to both the Bar and Family Court Judges of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the American Trial Lawyer’s Association and the South Carolina Association for Justice. He is also a member and past President of the Charleston County Bar Association. Mark lives in Mt. Pleasant with his law partner and wife, F. P. “Charlie” Segars-Andrews, who is a former Family Court Judge. Mark and Charlie have two children, Kelley and Matt. The Andrews family are members at the St. Andrew’s Church in Mt. Pleasant where Mark and Charlie are actively involved in different areas of ministry.

Suzanne Lafleur Klok

Suzanne Lafleur Klok helps individuals resolve conflicts and achieve their goals. Before founding Klok Law with her husband Rhett, Suzanne had over a decade of litigation experience in products liability, personal injury, transportation, tobacco, medical devices, environmental toxic tort and securities and consumer fraud class action litigation. She also practiced corporate and tax law early in her career. Suzanne is the founder of Clauses for Causes, a non-profit that matches cancer patients with law firms to provide free wills and powers of attorney. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Collaborative Law Institute and East Cooper Meals on Wheels.

Peter David Brown

Peter David Brown is an attorney with over 37 years of legal experience, practicing since 1988. He graduated from The Citadel in 1983 and Emory University School of Law in 1988. He gained trial experience at the Charleston County Public Defender’s Office and previously worked as an insurance defense attorney. Arielle Larsen

Arielle was born and raised in Port Huron, Michigan. She attended Purdue University in Indiana and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in English and Sociology, and a minor in Psychology. Following college, Arielle moved to South Carolina and pursued her law degree at the Charleston School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. While attending law school, she spent a summer abroad in The Hauge, Netherlands studying international tribunals and domestic affairs. Her passion for advocacy earned her a position on the Charleston School of Law Trial Advocacy Board and the Moot Court Board where she further received multiple titles, awards, and national recognition as a “Champion Advocate” at the 2018 National Tax Moot Court Competition. Arielle presided over and participated in the Children’s Advocacy and Family Law Society of the Charleston School of Law, was a member of Women in Law, a member of the Honor Council and a Student Ambassador for the Charleston School of Law, is a certified member of the Darkness to Light program in South Carolina, a certified Family Court Guardian ad Litem, is a member of the South Carolina Women’s Law Association and Young Lawyers Division, and is an alumna of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Arielle joined the Shealey Law Firm after practicing several years in domestic relations, learning the intricacies of complex litigation, research, and advocacy. Angela Elliott Frazier is the founder of Elliott Frazier - Family, Personal Injury & Car Accident Attorneys, LLC. Inspired by her father, Senator Dick Elliott, she is dedicated to fighting for justice. She earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina in 2003 and a Masters in Business from Clemson in 2011.
