Grover A. Carrington

Grover A. Carrington was in charge of litigation at White Peck Carrington, LLP, joining the firm in 1974 and becoming a partner in 1976, retiring in 2019. He provided counseling, investigation and litigation services to numerous corporations, banks, civic and religious organizations, as well as families and individuals. He was involved in many types of civil litigation and represented individuals charged with serious felony offenses and misdemeanors.

Farrah W. Ingram

Farrah W. Ingram began her career as a staff attorney for Kentucky Court of Appeals Judge, Lewis G. Paisley. In 2003, she joined White Peck Carrington, LLP as an associate, which brought her closer to her hometown of Morehead. Farrah was then promoted to partner in 2006. She devotes much of her practice to civil litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, and bankruptcy matters.

Clair Campbell is the Principal and Managing Attorney at Campbell & Associates, with over 37 years of personal injury law experience. He is recognized for his legal help and kindness.

Michelle R. “Shelly” Williams

Michelle R. 'Shelly' Williams is a native of Mount Sterling, Kentucky and has been engaged in general practice at White Peck Carrington since 1991, focusing on school law, estates/probate and family law. She attended law school as a non-traditional student and has concentrated on family law and school board representation.

Ben Shields

Ben Shields began practicing law at White Peck Carrington, LLP in 2002 after graduating from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. He was promoted to partner in 2005. Ben spends a large amount of his time defending criminal cases in both state and federal courts and also represents clients who have been injured by the negligence or intentional acts of others.

Jesse R. Hodgson

Jesse R. Hodgson joined the firm in 2007 and was made a partner in 2010. He utilizes the ability to 'think outside the box' as well as use of conventional methods to assist clients to arrive at their desired destination. Jesse handles complex loan transactions, workouts, modifications and restructuring of debt, provides legal services for financial institutions, and handles collection of past due debts. He also provides counsel for corporate structuring, real estate law, estate planning, and elder law.

Alan B. Peck

Alan B. Peck was, until his retirement in 2020, in charge of the transactions practice area at White Peck Carrington, LLP. He practiced law from 1968 with extensive experience in real estate transactions, business organizations, corporate law, banking and finance, estate planning, probate, and elder law.
