Bowen School of Law, where he is qualified for membership to the Who’s Who Among American Law students. He is a regularly sought-out speaker for legal education seminars for attorneys in Arkansas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Ray served in the United States Marine Corps, and later as a police detective. Additionally, Mr. Ray has worked as a special deputy prosecuting attorney and applies his significant law enforcement experience and deep knowledge of the criminal justice system to those accused of crimes. Mr. Ray is a member of the Masonic Lodge, Veterans of Foreign Wars, The Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and Arkansas Bar Association. Brandi Collins

Partner Brandi Collins graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, AR. where she was on the law journal. Ms. Collins was previously counsel for a group of trucking and trucking brokerage companies. In that capacity, she reviewed or litigated regulatory issues involving the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, contract formation, business start-up, corporate formation and business litigation. Her experience relates to the heavily regulated areas of law such as DWI Drug and Alcohol, business start-ups, big truck accidents, and regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Collins’ areas of practice include various aspects of criminal law, with a concentration in DWI, DUI, drug cases, commercial litigation, and personal injury. She has attended the Mastering Scientific Evidence course in New Orleans on several occasions. This course was designed to teach attorneys the science behind alcohol-related issues. She has also attended the Intensive DWI workshop taught at Harvard Law School and the Drugs that Impair Driving course taught by a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration-certified instructor. Brandi is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.

John C. Collins

John Collins has arrested people and trained officers on arrest procedure. He has prosecuted people and trained prosecutors. John has defended people and has trained attorneys from the US and Canada to defend people charged with crimes. He has sat as a special Judge in various courts and has trained Judges. Mr. Collins started his career in law enforcement, serving as a field training officer, patrolman, investigator, and instructor of an alcohol education program. John went on to become a deputy prosecuting attorney in Garland County. Mr. Collins has spoken at more than 100 courses on Arkansas and Texas DWI DUI Drug offenses. He has been a guest speaker for Arkansas and Texas law enforcement training sessions on topics related to DWI DUI. Mr. Collins has sat as a special judge in numerous Arkansas district courts. Mr. Collins has been hired as an adjunct professor at William H. Bowen School of Law to teach law students how to perform necessary tasks in a law practice. And as an attorney has participated in coaching attorneys through various lawyer trial college programs.
