Jon Ostroff

Jon Ostroff is the founding partner of Ostroff Law, which he expanded into an 11-lawyer, 40-employee firm before selling it to Rich Godshall in January 2023. He has over 30 years of experience as lead trial counsel in catastrophic cases, overseeing thousands of settlements. He served as Judge Pro Tem mediator for Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and Senior Arbitrator for Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Richard Godshall

Rich Godshall is the owner and managing partner of Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers. He is an experienced trial attorney focusing on catastrophic injuries from car accidents, truck accidents, slip and falls, and construction/electrocution accidents. He has secured multiple six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements. He started his career in defense work but shifted to representing injured individuals after his father's workplace injury. Louis Ricciardi

Louis Ricciardi is a personal injury lawyer who has been licensed to practice law since 1993. He routinely handles significant assignments with Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers for all types of serious case litigation. Over the past 20 years, Lou has authored many briefs, taken many depositions and argued many motions for cases worth tens of millions of dollars or more. He is experienced in all aspects of the law, including appellate work. He argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Gleason v. Borough of Moosic. He graduated cum laude from LaSalle University and received his law degree from The Georgetown University Law Center.

Erin Pine

Erin Pine is an Associate Attorney at Ostroff Godshall, focusing on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice. She graduated cum laude from Binghamton University and was a Dean’s Merit Scholar at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She has experience in pro bono work and litigation, including certified legal intern work and internships at public defender offices.

Shayna Shorr joined Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers in April 2021. She is barred in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases across both states. She previously clerked for the Honorable William Anklowitz, J.S.C. and worked at an insurance defense firm. She is passionate about helping clients and has secured significant settlements, including a $3 million settlement for a delayed breast cancer diagnosis.
