George Sink

George Sink has served all his life, starting as a teacher, then serving two tours in Vietnam as a Marine. After his military service, he graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1973 and began practicing law in 1974, establishing his own firm in 1977. Byron David is the founder of The David Law Firm, established in 2008. He graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He has over 15 years of experience in personal injury and disability law. Before law school, he was a deep-sea fishing boat captain. He is actively involved in the Horry and Georgetown communities, including serving on the Horry Georgetown Technical College’s Governing Board and co-founding the Davids' Diabetes Scholarship. Brooke Eaves Wright

Attorney Brooke Eaves Wright is the founder of Wright Injury Law LLC, a Myrtle Beach native, and a prominent personal injury lawyer. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and a Minor in Legal Studies from Clemson University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Brooke is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a former President of the Horry County Bar Association. Ian D. Maguire

Attorney Ian D. Maguire was born in Dublin, Ireland and raised in New York City. He and his wife, Jennifer, have four children: Erin, Brendan, Liam and Saoirse. He attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY, where he received his B.S. in Business Administration. Thereafter, Ian received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993. Since arriving on the Grand Strand in 1994, Ian has dedicated himself to seeking justice for injured individuals and their families. Ian Maguire is a trial lawyer and practices in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. He primarily represents individuals injured due to automobile collisions, trips and falls, and nursing home negligence. He has represented injured workers in South Carolina and North Carolina for over two decades. Justin M. Lovely

Justin M. Lovely received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2004, cum laude. He earned his Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all South Carolina Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. His practice focuses on personal injury and car accident cases. He is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and was recognized in 2026 Best Lawyers in America®.
