Laurie Litster-Frost
Laurie Litster Frost is a shareholder and the founding member of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers here in Idaho. She received a Juris Doctor degree from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2006 as a returning student. Laurie returned to her hometown of Boise to work in personal injury law. She has served as a principal attorney in the Litster Frost Small Lawsuit Resolution litigation division. Laurie manages the Mass Torts division at Litster Frost, serving clients who have suffered injury from defective medical products and devices. Laurie is fluent in Spanish, having learned as a volunteer missionary in Chile, from 1967 to 1969. She served as a Maricopa County, Arizona court interpreter while studying at Arizona State University. She is a mother to two daughters and six sons and is grandmother to thirty-one. Laurie was born in Reno, Nevada, and is the eldest of eight siblings. She moved to Boise in 1958 and graduated from Boise High School in 1963. She and her late husband S. Gibbons Frost, an attorney from Navajo County, Arizona, raised their children on a family homestead ranch.

Matthew C. Andrew
Matt Andrew has been an attorney and member of the Idaho Bar since 2007. He focuses on representing seriously injured people in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, successfully trying multiple cases to verdict before Idaho District Courts and the Idaho Industrial Commission. He has practiced law before US Military Courts, Idaho State Courts, and Idaho Federal Courts, and has argued in front of the Idaho Supreme Court. Daniel E. Jenkins
Dan Jenkins is a shareholder of Litster Frost Injury Lawyers. Dan grew up on a farm in Kuna, Idaho, and has always called the Treasure Valley his home. He graduated cum laude from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Idaho, College of Law, with an emphasis in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, where he received Dean’s List recognition. Dan received the “Pro-bono Above and Beyond” Award for his dedication and service to pro-bono clients and cases through the General, Family Justice, and Mediation Clinics and served as a small claim’s mediator in Latah County. It was those trials, cases, class classes, and mediations that confirmed his desire to be a fierce advocate for victims. Prior to law school, Dan began working in personal injury law firms in Idaho and Utah as a Pre-Litigation Manager, Paralegal, Spanish Translator, Case Manager, and Negotiator. He gained valuable years of experience assisting, evaluating, and resolving injury claims. Following law school he worked at the Twin Falls County Defender’s Office where Dan was involved in the defense side of criminal cases. There he gained litigation and trial experience, obtaining several acquittals in court and jury trials. Dan now has more than 20 years of experience helping injured victims and their families navigate the claims and litigation processes, which is a job that he loves. Dan has successfully litigated and settled hundreds of personal injury cases, specializing in automobile, trucking, motorcycle, and bicycle accidents. Dan has obtained multiple seven figure results for clients and handled dozens of wrongful death claims for his clients, and in a pro-bono capacity.

Paul C. Swainston
Paul C. Swainston is a shareholder in Litster Frost Injury Lawyers. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. Paul has successfully litigated and represented hundreds of injured victims with an emphasis in automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, and bicycle accidents, including wrongful death. Paul is a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. He enjoys basketball, tennis, opera, classical music, hiking, and attending his grandchildren’s activities.

Joshua Joe Jimenez
As a kid, Josh spent summertime visiting his grandparents’ farm outside of Rupert, Idaho or staying at his great grandparents’ cabin outside of Island Park. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who loves New Mexican and Mexican food, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University before getting his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Idaho. Licensed in both State and Federal Courts in Idaho and New Mexico, he has enjoyed success as a trial attorney trying to verdict about a hundred cases, including serious cases involving homicides, robbery, sexual abuse, and motor vehicle collisions involving DUI’s and reckless driving, among others. Besides personal injury, Josh’s vast experience includes probate, property, estate planning, family, and criminal law. With a wide breadth of experience he brings practicality, understanding, compassion and the necessary fight as he works with and for his clients.
