Robert K. Jenner

Robert K. “Rob” Jenner founded Jenner Law, P.C. in 2018, focusing his practice on helping people and families affected by the harmful conduct of others. His practice focuses on cases involving personal injury, mass torts, therapy abuse, and clergy sexual abuse. What he enjoys most about being a lawyer is continuing his family legacy of social activism and fighting for social justice by representing the underdog - against large, well-funded institutions. With nearly four decades of experience as a personal injury lawyer, Rob is an empathic and non-judgmental career advocate, leading a team-driven approach to every client’s case.

Owen P. McGowan

Owen P. McGowan founded the firm in 2001 and has over three decades of experience. He has tried in excess of 300 cases to verdict, ranging from premises liability and environmental claims to catastrophic personal injury and multi-million dollar fire losses. He is frequently requested to serve as an arbitrator or mediator and has lectured and published extensively on environmental claims.

Elisha N. Fridley

Ms. Fridley is deeply engaged in her profession and the broader legal community. In addition to her law practice, she is an active member of the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ) and the Maryland Association for Justice Foundation. She served as President of MAJ from 2017-2018 and continues to play an integral role in the organization. Before her presidency, she chaired the New Lawyers Section, which was honored as Section of the Year for two consecutive years under her leadership (2013-2015). Currently, she serves as Co-Chair of the Nursing Home Section for MAJ.

Kathleen Kerner

Kathleen “Katie” Kerner became a Partner with Jenner Law, P.C. in 2021. Prior to that time, she served as the firm’s Senior Associate Attorney. Katie focuses her practice on personal injury litigation, including dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, and sexual abuse claims. Katie has worked in the legal industry for more than 10 years. She always wanted to be a lawyer, which stems from her desire to right wrongs and use her training and skills to help people and make the world safer and better. She has a true passion for helping injury victims and survivors of sexual abuse who are not able to obtain meaningful justice without legal counsel and finds it rewarding to see their lives change for the better.

Josh Wolberg

Josh Wolberg is an associate in the firm, focusing his practice on advocating for people injured by the negligence of others. He recognizes that powerful corporate defendants and insurance companies have endless sums of money to throw at the defense of personal injury cases and he enjoys taking on these goliaths on behalf of our clients. Christopher C. Nichols

Christopher C. Nichols has over three decades of experience representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions, and is also a zealous litigator. He previously served as a prosecutor for the Norwell Police Department and a Special Assistant District Attorney for Plymouth County.
