Hobson, Ph.D., J.D. is a retired Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering (Sanitary), formerly licensed by the state of Texas, and he received his Ph.D. in Environmental Health from the University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center, School of Public Health.
