Matt Schad

Matt Schad is a trial lawyer representing injured people in Southern Indiana for over 25 years. He focuses on serious injury and death cases, including trucking cases, medical malpractice, toxic exposure, auto wrecks, premises liability, civil rights, products liability, construction site accidents, highway design, and insurance bad faith. He has acted as lead counsel in over 50 jury trials and won multiple seven (and eight) figure verdicts. He served in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps overseas in the Republic of Panama as chief Army military prosecutor for U.S. Army South.

Nicholas F. Stein is the founder of Stein Law, a lifelong resident of New Albany, Indiana, and a veteran. He served as a Prosecuting Attorney for Floyd County and now focuses on personal injury law. Larry Church

Amy R. Stein practices family law, personal injury, and criminal defense. She represents children in custody cases, accepts Guardian ad Litem appointments, and ensures fair compensation for personal injury clients. She is licensed in Indiana and Kentucky and is the daughter of the firm's founder, Nick Stein. She has a minor in Spanish and uses it to assist Spanish-speaking clients.

Steven Langdon

Licensed to practice in both Indiana and Kentucky, Steve Langdon is an experienced elder law and trial attorney. In addition to his litigation and trial work, Steve’s practice includes wills, trusts, probate, Medicaid planning, guardianship, powers of attorney, and advanced directive planning, including living wills and health care surrogate designations. Steve, who earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1996, is a special kind of estate planning and elder law attorney. He is deeply compassionate and highly skilled, in part because of his firsthand personal experience grappling with nursing homes and finances when his brother Tom died young of a brain tumor. Steve was drawn to elder care planning by his own experience in trying to maneuver the tangled maze of the Medicaid system.

Jennifer Hinkebein Culotta

Jennifer has over three decades of litigation experience, having tried more than 300 jury trials in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on criminal defense, business crimes, internal investigations, civil rights, and bankruptcy, with a strong emphasis on rebuilding individuals' lives through expungement and financial freedom.

Gary Banet

Gary is licensed to practice law in both Indiana and Kentucky. He concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, guardianships, elder law and special-needs planning. Gary earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, and formerly practiced law at Bingham Greenebaum Doll and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs.
