Cass’ proactive approach and attention to detail make him an exceptional client advocate. When he is not in the courtroom, Cass enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and cooking. Cass resides in Madison, Mississippi and works in the firm’s Jackson office.

Angela D. Boisseau

Angela D. Boisseau, born in Metairie, Louisiana, graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1987 and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies in 1991 from the Mississippi University for Women. She gained extensive paralegal experience in California, Nevada, and Mississippi, and worked for seven years as a corporate real estate broker and mortgage loan compliance manager. She earned her Doctorate of Law from the University of Mississippi School of Law and Memphis Law School, where she received the CALI Excellence Award for Elder Law Clinic. Attorney Boisseau is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state courts and the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts in Mississippi. Her practice focuses on wills and estates, criminal law, collection matters, and family law. She is also of counsel with Alexander Law, PA, focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and premises liability insurance defense, and is a certified guardian ad litem in Mississippi.

Robert T. Cornelius, Sr.

Robert T. Cornelius, Sr. began practicing law in Mississippi in 1977. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi and a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi (all state courts, Northern and Southern Districts, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals) and Texas (state courts, Eastern District Federal Court). He served as District Attorney for the 294th Judicial District in Canton, Texas. His extensive career includes thousands of real estate closings, estate litigation, criminal law (including prosecuting and defending murders and DUI cases), social security disability, and over a thousand Agreed Divorces, as well as personal injury and commercial real estate planning.

Chandler Rogers

Chandler Rogers was born and raised in New Albany, Mississippi. He graduated valedictorian from New Albany High School in 1999 and magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2004 with a degree in Banking and Finance. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the University of Mississippi, after attending summer school at Cambridge University and participating in Vanderbilt University's Accelerator Summer Business Institute. He was licensed to practice law in Mississippi in October 2007. Mr. Rogers serves as the attorney for the Union County Board of Supervisors and the Union County Youth Court Referee. He was rated a Rising Star by Super Lawyers® in 2016 and one of the 10 Best Attorneys in Mississippi by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys in 2017.

Reese Neely

Reese Neely, born and raised in New Albany, Mississippi, graduated third in her class from New Albany High School in 2015. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi, where she was also a Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College Scholar. She received her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2022, finishing top of her class. During law school, she was a member and vice-chair of the Moot Court Board, editor-in-chief of The Advocate yearbook, and participated in the pro-bono initiative. She was sworn in for limited practice in Mississippi State and Federal Courts and participated in the Roderick & Solange MacArthur Justice Clinic. After passing the Mississippi Bar Examination in September 2022, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Mississippi Supreme Court.
