Dan Knisley

Dan Knisley was born in Columbus, Ohio, and has devoted his career to advocating for individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Hanover College in 1974 and served as a United States Marine fighter pilot from 1976 to 1982. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1985 and was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1986 and the Federal Bar in 1987. He also served in the Air National Guard. Dan focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury law, helping clients secure medical treatment, wage replacement, and fair compensation.

Dean Knisley

Dean Knisley was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and has been practicing law for nearly four decades. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University in 1985. He was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1986 and the Ohio Federal Bar in 1988. Dean focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and personal injury law, representing injured individuals across Ohio. He is married with two children.

Robert E. Calesaric

Robert E. Calesaric is an experienced criminal defense and DUI lawyer serving central Ohio for over 30 years. He previously served as a criminal prosecutor in Licking County for six years and has extensive courtroom experience, trying over 100 cases. He is certified in the use of the BAC DataMaster breathalyzer machine and in the administration of roadside Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and has passed the ARIDE test. His practice focuses on criminal defense, OVI/DUI/DWI defense, and traffic offenses.

Bethany A. Stickradt

Bethany is a Newark native. She has been practicing law since 2014. In 2011, she graduated cum laude from Bethany College with a degree in political science. She went on to Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she graduated in 2014 with honors. She is proud to be practicing in the community where she grew up. In 2018, she was named to the Top 20 Under 40 in the Newark Advocate. During her time as a practicing attorney, Bethany has developed a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the world of elder law, including planning for the nursing home, assisted living or in-home care. She frequently speaks on issues related to elder law, elder abuse, capacity and guardianships. She has also incorporated domestic relations into her practice. She values her time spent representing clients working through “real life” issues related to family and relationships. She enjoys volunteering, listening to podcasts and spending time with her friends and family. She lives in Newark with her husband, Tyler, and their son.

Robert B. Handelman

Robert B. Handelman has practiced law in central Ohio for 45 years, starting in 1976. He is a founder of the former Calig and Handelman Law Firm. He holds a JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College. Mr. Handelman is a certified Civil Law Mediator and has served as a mediator for the Licking County Court. He focuses on legal representation for individuals, families, and small businesses. He has held numerous leadership roles in the community, including President of the Midland Theatre Board, Co-Chair of the Licking County Board of Realtors Legislative Committee, and past President of the Licking County Bar Association. He is transitioning to semi-retirement effective February 26, 2025.
