Marc I. Simon
Marc I. Simon concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation. He opened Simon & Simon at the beginning of 2010 and serves as its CEO and full owner. He previously served on the hiring committee at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel. He is also on the board of governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Simon was named “40 under 40” by the Legal Intelligencer. Prior to forming Simon & Simon, P.C., Mr. Simon was a commercial litigator at two large Philadelphia law firms where he represented businesses and individuals, in injury, environmental, contractual, construction, and real estate matters. Additionally, Mr. Simon is an NBA-certified agent and was a Division I college basketball player for Columbia University in New York City. Mr. Simon is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey bar and licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A native of Abington, Pennsylvania, Mr. Simon attended Shipley High School in Bryn Mawr, PA and then earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, in New York City. He then obtained his law degree from Villanova University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and received the prestigious Order of the Coif Award bestowed on members of the graduating class who obtain a grade point average in the top ten percent of the entire class.

Rachel Rosenfeld
Rachel M. Rosenfeld joined Simon & Simon in 2023. She spent the first 14 years of her career as a defense attorney representing self-insureds and national insurance companies at prominent firms in the Philadelphia area. Rachel then transitioned her career to become a personal injury attorney at Simon & Simon, where she uses her experience with the defense bar to provide zealous advocacy for victims of motor vehicle and premises accidents. Rachel is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey bar and is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts, including the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and Western District of Pennsylvania. She has been awarded numerous honors during her career including being named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers every year from 2018 through 2021. Rachel has also authored/co-authored numerous legal articles for local and national publications. A native of Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then obtained her law degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware, where she served as Articles Editor of the Widener Law Review. In addition to representing clients at Simon & Simon, Rachel volunteers at the Support Center for Child Advocates, where she represents abused and neglected children who have been declared dependent by Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services. She also serves as an arbitrator on behalf of Philadelphia’s Compulsory Arbitration Program, where she has helped decide countless civil cases. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their home in Delaware County.

Charles (Chad) Williams
Charles (Chad) Williams concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, particularly where a serious injury is sustained. Since 2013, Chad has represented hundreds of individuals, companies, and organizations (both large and small) in various manners of state and federal casualty and commercial litigation. He has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements and is always looking to achieve the best result for his clients, in whatever form that may take. Chad was designated a Rising Star in Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers magazine in 2019, 2020, and 2021. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., Chad was a commercial litigator at a large Philadelphia firm where he advocated on behalf of businesses and individuals in contractual, environmental, criminal, and real estate matters. Before that, he practiced at a regional insurance defense firm. These experiences provide him a unique insight into the potential pitfalls of a personal injury case. He often draws from these experiences to achieve the maximum recovery for his clients. Chad graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he participated in the school’s rigorous Integrated Trial Advocacy Program to prepare for a lifelong practice in civil litigation. During law school, he served as a clinical clerk for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which gave him first-hand experience with the federal judiciary and the litigation process. He also served as a Research Editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Before law school, Chad graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a dual degree in International Relations and Spanish. Chad’s fluency in Spanish has allowed him to make personal connections with clients where English may be the client’s second language. Chad was designated a Rising Star in Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers magazine in each year from 2019 through 2023, as well as named to Best Lawyers Magazine’s “One’s to Watch!” list from 2020 through 2023.

Michael Simon
Michael Simon has tried many jury trials and prosecuted numerous appeals since he commenced his legal career in 1971. Initially, he was a commercial litigator with Berger & Montague, representing plaintiffs in securities and antitrust class actions. From 1978-2006, Mr. Simon practiced on his own as a litigator, concentrating on plaintiffs’ motor vehicle, premises liability, product liability, and medical negligence actions. He obtained a $3,300,000 settlement in a tire defect case, a $1,500,000 settlement in a tractor-trailer accident case and six figure jury verdicts. He served as a Judge Pro Temp and arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Simon is a lifelong Philadelphia resident. He graduated from Tufts University magna cum laude and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania law school. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable C. William Kraft in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Simon is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Golden Slipper Club & Charities and having been honored by Jewish Adoption Foster Care Option (Jafco).

Adam Sorce
Adam Sorce is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation, focusing on motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C. in 2024, Adam was a Shareholder at one of the largest insurance defense firms in the country, where he worked for 20 years. There, he focused his practice on defending large corporations against catastrophic injury claims. Recognizing that he had no passion for defending corporations and insurance companies, he decided to switch to the Plaintiff’s side, where he uses his extensive knowledge and experience from the defense side to help injured people. Adam graduated from Franklin & Marshall College, with degrees in Government and English. He attended law school at Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, where he worked for three years before returning home to the Philadelphia area. Adam was honored as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for five straight years, from 2012- 2016. He has several published cases in Ohio and Pennsylvania at the state and federal levels. He has published articles and taught a Continuing Legal Education class to other attorneys. He also serves as an arbitrator in Montgomery County, where he has assisted in the resolution of many cases.

Andrew Baron
Andrew Baron is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Mr. Baron represents injured victims in car accidents, fall downs, wrongful death claims and medical malpractice law suits. He was recently named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., Mr. Baron was an attorney for a well-respected multi-county medical malpractice defense firm, where he vigorously defended the interests of physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other medical professionals. Additionally, Mr. Baron has done extensive pro bono work with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania. While attending the Widener University School of Law, Mr. Baron was a member of the Widener Health Society. During his time there, Mr. Baron also interned with the Widener Law Veterans Clinic, where he conducted research and provided case evaluations for veterans previously denied benefits by the Veteran’s Affairs Regional Office. In addition to earning his Juris Doctor degree, upon graduation, Mr. Baron was also presented with a Health Law Certificate, with Honors. Sam Reznik
Sam Reznik is an associate attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, Mr. Reznik has gained heavy litigation experience by clerking for a Los Angeles Superior Court Personal Injury Judge, representing victims of consumer fraud in negligence and Lemon Law matters, defending clients in securities disputes, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters, and prosecuting criminal defendants with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Domestic Violence Unit. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Mr. Reznik attended college at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Urban Development, and a Master’s Degree in Community Development & Planning. Mr. Reznik received his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While attending Pepperdine, Mr. Reznik was President of Pepperdine’s Micro-Enterprise Program, which helps underprivileged members of the Los Angeles community find gainful employment and launch micro-businesses. Mr. Reznik is a member of the Brandeis Law Society and Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Reznik resides in Philadelphia with his wife and new born son.
