Attorney Lee Brooks, born and raised in Alabama, is recognized throughout the Southeast United States for his career-long dedication to standing up for the injured. Brooks served on the Ethics Committee for the City of Kennesaw, Georgia, and has served Parent Teacher Associations both as President and as the chair of Legislative Committees and chair of the Community Outreach Committee to aid poor and underprivileged children and their families. His other passions include travel, comedy, powerlifting, his violin, his family, and nature. Brooks is an active member of Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church in Marietta, Georgia.

Kim M. Ruder

Kim Ruder, a native Atlantan, graduated cum laude from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. She initially worked as an insurance defense attorney, gaining valuable insight into how insurance companies handle personal injury and wrongful death cases. She co-founded Dermer Appel Ruder, LLC to represent injured individuals, leveraging her extensive trial experience to maximize client recoveries.

Shireen Hormozdi Bowman

Shireen Hormozdi Bowman has been practicing law since 2003. She served as a Law Clerk to a Federal Judge and worked for a large firm defending Fortune 500 companies. She was also named Attorney of the Year at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. In 2012, she opened her own law firm, initially focusing on car accident cases with a 100% success rate, and later developed an interest in Estate Planning and Probate Law.

Franklin R. Evans

Franklin R. Evans is the founder and managing partner of Evans Injury Attorneys. Frank has spent over two decades representing client in personal injury. He is licensed in both the States of Georgia and Ohio, as well as the Republic of Palau. It should be noted that he appeared in Court in all said jurisdictions on countless occasions. Frank earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Miami University and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati. He was first admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1999 and spent the first five years of his career representing injured clients. In 2005, Frank was admitted to practice law in Georgia where he worked at two of the largest personal injury firms in Atlanta. After a hiatus as Assistant Attorney General for the Republic of Palau, Frank returned to Georgia and began litigating personal injury claims for other firms.
