Brad J. Montag was born in Kimball, Nebraska. Todd B. Vetter received his education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate degree in 1993 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Todd is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Nebraska, the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Todd is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and participates in the leadership of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He was elected to the Nebraska State Bar Association Young Lawyers Executive Committee in 1996 and served as the Chairperson from 1998 to 1999. He formerly served as the Third District elected member of the Nebraska State Bar Association Executive Council. Todd was also appointed by the Nebraska Supreme Court to serve on the District 3 Committee on Inquiry. Todd is the only insurance defense attorney located in Northeast and North Central Nebraska. He has served as the Nebraska State Representative of DRI and is a current member of DRI. Todd is a member of the Nebraska Defense Counsel and served as an officer and board member for the Nebraska Defense Counsel. Todd was honored to have been nominated by his peers and admitted to the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has earned the honor of being selected as a Fellow of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. Daniel A. Fullner was born in West Point, Nebraska. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Nebraska in 1979. He is a partner in the law firm and a member of the Madison County, 7th Judicial District, and Nebraska State Bar Associations. He is a former delegate to the Nebraska State Bar Associations, and formerly served on the Executive Council.
