Leland Malchow

He and his wife Janna are the proud parents of three children and seven grandchildren.

Ronnie Maxwell

Ronnie Maxwell is the founder of Maxwell Law Firm, practicing in Aiken and North Augusta, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1973 and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1976. He served as Law Clerk for Federal Judge Charles E. Simons, Jr. from 1976-1978. He is a past President of the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association and the Injured Workers’ Advocates. His practice areas include personal injury, automobile collisions, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers Publication as a Super Lawyer and was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for the Augusta Region in 2019. He also received the Matthew J. Perry Public Service award from the South Carolina Association of Justice.

Raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Amar Dhillon was granted admission into the Texas Bar in May 1999, followed by admittance into the Washington D.C. Bar in 2003, and finally the Virginia Bar in 2005. His legal journey began in 1999 at Bailey & Galyen, P.C., situated in Arlington, Texas. There, he sharpened his skills in personal injury litigation, family law, and immigration law. Amar has developed a particular interest in personal injury cases, with a significant emphasis on motor vehicle accidents. Moreover, he has effectively dealt with cases involving motorcycle and bicycle accidents, dog bite incidents, food poisoning cases, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice, and injuries related to pharmaceutical products.

Brett began his career in personal injury law in 2008, when he clerked for a respected local personal injury firm. He became a practicing attorney in 2011 when he worked for a well established personal injury and criminal defense firm. Brett is experienced in trying both civil and criminal cases to verdict and has dedicated himself to ensuring his clients have the best representation he can possibly provide. Brett has been consistently been awarded such honors as Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Legal Elite of the Midlands. He has secured in his career multiple seven figure results. He takes pride in having most of his cases referred to him by other lawyers as well as friends and family of past clients.

Chris Johnson

A native of Augusta, Chris was raised on the southside and graduated from Hephzibah High School. Chris began working for the firm after high school as a runner while he attended and later graduated from Augusta University. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, Chris attended law school at the Charleston School of Law. While a law student, Chris served on the Charleston Law Review and worked for Justin O’Toole Lucey Law Firm in Mt. Pleasant. Chris has helped his clients across Georgia and South Carolina achieve favorable outcomes in cases involving personal injury, tractor trailer collisions, bad faith (insurance), motor vehicle collisions, workers’ compensation, and premises liability.

Dane Anderson

Dane is a native of North Augusta, South Carolina and attended Aquinas High School in Augusta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel, where he was actively engaged in cadet leadership roles and a member of the football team. His pursuit of a legal career led him to the University of South Carolina School of Law. He began clerking for Malchow Johnson Injury Lawyers after his second year of law school. Upon graduating and passing the bar exam, Dane joined the firm as an associate attorney. When not at work, you’ll find him spending time with his wife, Heather, their two dogs, Ellie Mae and Remi, family, and friends. He also enjoys playing music and being outdoors. Dane is admitted to practice in South Carolina and Georgia. He has experience with workers’ compensation and a wide range of personal injury cases, from motor vehicle accidents to dog bites.

Christy Tyner

Christy Chapman Tyner is a native of Aiken, South Carolina. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2001 and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2004. After graduation, she served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Steven H. John. She joined Maxwell Law Firm in September 2005, focusing on Plaintiffs personal injury, including motor vehicle collisions, dog bite/attack cases, and slip and fall cases. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2005, the United States District Court District of South Carolina in 2006, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in 2018. She is a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and joined its Board in 2021. She is also a past president of the Aiken County Bar Association.
