Robert E. Soles, Jr.

Bob devotes a substantial portion of his practice to civil, business, construction and real estate related litigation in both state and federal courts all over Ohio. He also regularly counsels and advises individuals and businesses in real estate, construction and business matters. He regularly represents clients in complex business, construction and litigation matters, including, but not limited to, contract disputes, wrongful death and severe injury cases, shareholder disputes, business acquisition issues, construction delay claims and commercial and construction disputes. He has successfully represented clients in numerous jury trials and has resolved multi-million dollar cases, including obtaining a verdict of $7.2 million dollars in a wrongful death case and also gaining other clients $3.7 million and $2 million in other wrongful death cases. Richard F. Brian, now retired from Brian Law Offices, received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1982 and a B.A. summa cum laude from Western State College in 1979. He successfully argued a case before the Ohio Supreme Court, leading to a major change in Ohio Workers Compensation Law. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyer and served on various committees for the Ohio Association of Justices.
