Paula Bliss
Paula Bliss has devoted her entire legal career representing people in state and federal courts throughout the country, mostly concentrating on those injured by pharmaceutical drugs that have been inadequately tested and labeled. At Justice Law Collaborative, Paula helps to manage the firm’s Mass-Tort department where she has been successfully representing thousands of plaintiffs around the country in product liability lawsuits against drug and medical device manufacturers as well as tobacco companies who have targeted children with their deadly and dangerous products.

Kim Dougherty
Kimberly (“Kim”) Dougherty knew from an early age that she wanted to help people. She volunteered for Big Brother Big Sister in college and quickly became passionate about issues facing women, children and those in need. Kim then earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and worked in child protective services on a disciplinary team of lawyers and social workers in the Manhattan Family Courts. Soon after, she recognized that many people needed more than social work services. They needed a legal advocate. That’s when she decided to become an attorney.

Laura Yaeger
Attorney Yaeger started Yaeger Law in 2017 with a vision to deliver justice and accountability to those injured or harmed while providing the best client experience at every stage of the litigation. She joined Justice Law Collaborative (JLC) in January 2025 as a partner, when Yaeger Law and JLC announced their official merger.

Kelly Guagenty
Kelly A. Guagenty has been working in the field of civil litigation for over twenty years. Her passion for the law began back in high school, when she spent her afternoons employed as a secretary for a small general practice firm in Arlington, MA. Before even heading off to college, Kelly had developed an appetite for the law, particularly the civil side.

Keith Smith
Attorney Keith Smith joins Justice Law Collaborative from Ketterer, Browne & Associates (KBA) where he grew his experience and knowledge of mass torts, specifically working on hernia mesh, transvaginal mesh (TVM), Ozempic, and Suboxone litigation.

Adrian Martin
Awarded the AAJ 2024 Paralegal of the Year Award, Adrian Martin brings 20 years of personal injury, mass tort injury, and product liability law experience to Justice Law Collaborative. He has dedicated his career to providing superior case and client management strategy to Yaeger Law, which merged with Justice Law Collaborative in January 2025.

Allen Loayza
Allen joined Justice Law Collaborative in August 2025. His experience includes federal court clerkships in the District of Massachusetts, District of New Mexico, Eastern District of Michigan, and the Northern District of California, where he conducted in-depth legal research, drafted opinions and orders, and assisted with the full range of cases before the courts.
