Eric B. DiMario

Eric began practicing law in 2004 and joined Kiernan Plunkett & Redihan in 2010. In an action involving a permanent brain injury with claims of breach of contract and bad faith, Eric argued multiple aspects of the litigation before both the United States District Court and Rhode Island Superior Court and ultimately obtained $11,000,000.00 in insurance coverage for his client in a decision that was recognized by Rhode Island Lawyer’s Weekly as one of the most significant cases of the year.
