Josh Berrett

Joshua Berrett focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and is licensed in Nevada and Utah. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in History and earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Before joining Bighorn Law, he managed the Nevada and Utah offices for a large national law firm specializing in creditors’ rights litigation. His personal experience with car crash impacts fuels his vigorous advocacy for clients.

Alexandra Athmann-Marcoux

Alexandra Athmann-Marcoux, a Las Vegas native, majored in Philosophy and minored in Biology at Creighton University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University with a concentration in Health Law. After passing the Nevada bar, she gained experience in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. She established her own firm in 2023 before joining Bighorn Law in 2024, where she focuses on personal injury claims, ensuring clients' rights are protected and fair compensation is secured.

Jacqueline Bretell

Jacqueline Bretell, originally from Canada, moved to Nashville in 1995. She earned a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting. She was inducted into The Order of Barristers and passed the Nevada bar at 23. After gaining experience in insurance defense, she joined Bighorn Law to advocate for the injured. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and chairs the Board of Directors for The Cupcake Girls.

For over 25 years, Attorney David Thomas has practiced in the area of personal injury law. He is a former insurance defense attorney with firsthand knowledge of the insurance carriers' defense tactics, which gives him a distinctive approach to benefit his clients' cases.

Ryan Loosvelt

Ryan Loosvelt specializes in personal injury litigation, dedicated to securing justice and maximum recovery for his injured clients. He earned his B.A. from the University of Michigan, his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003, and a Certificate of International Studies from the Barcelona Institute of International Comparative Law in 2001. Initially a commercial lawyer and partner at an international firm, he transitioned to personal injury law, achieving numerous favorable, life-changing resolutions for clients in various accident and liability cases.

Daniel Singer

Dan Singer, originally from Roseburg, Oregon, graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a BA in Journalism and from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007. He interned at the Kings County (Brooklyn) New York District Attorney’s Office. Licensed in Utah, New Mexico, and New York, he previously managed the State of Utah’s Fair Housing Unit before joining Bighorn Law in 2015, where he works extensively in the Litigation and Appellate Departments.

Kimball Jones

Kimball Jones is a partner at Bighorn Law, serving as a trial lawyer and advocate for individuals against major corporations and insurance companies. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho in 2005 and from BYU Law School in 2008. He has been recognized as a Top Rated Personal Injury Attorney, achieving historic verdicts including a $550 million verdict. Kimball has also served in the U.S. Army, both active duty and as a reservist, and is deeply committed to community service.
