Cheryl Forest Perkins

Cheryl devoted much of her early legal career to First Amendment and public interest issues. She was awarded the Reid Montgomery First Amendment/Freedom of Information Award by the South Carolina Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists in 1986. She went on to practice appellate procedure for a number of years before focusing on catastrophic injury and complex class action/business cases.

George D. Jebaily

George D. Jebaily is the Managing Partner and lead attorney for the Personal Injury Team at Jebaily Law Firm. He was elected to the Florence City Council in 2014 and has served as Mayor Pro Tem. He received his B.A. from the University of South Carolina in 1978 and his J.D. in 1982. He is licensed in South Carolina state and federal courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. George is actively involved in community redevelopment efforts for Downtown Florence and is a featured speaker for EndDD.org.

Ronald Jebaily

Ronald Jebaily is the founding and senior partner of Jebaily Law Firm, established in 1969. He focuses primarily on workers' compensation cases, personal injury, and social security disability. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1969. Ronald is a dedicated advocate for injured workers and has been actively involved in Kids’ Chance of America fundraising efforts, receiving the Lifetime Service Award in 2015. He was also honored by the Florence County Bar Association for Lifetime Achievement with the Ralph King Anderson Jr. award and inducted into the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) Hall of Fame.

John Eric Fulda

John Eric began his legal practice representing insurance companies and carriers defending doctors and other medical providers who were accused of medical malpractice. After a few years, he turned his focus to representing victims of serious injury, including medical malpractice, and seeking justice for them and their families.
