Michael A. Clemente

Michael Clemente graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Legal Studies and Business Management Organizations. He is a graduate of the Villanova University School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal and a founding member of the first International Law Annual. Mr. Clemente is currently admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts. He concentrates his practice in a wide range of plaintiff’s civil litigation matters, including medical negligence, workplace injuries, product liability, and automobile accidents. He also represents clients with regard to estate planning and administration.

Timothy G. Daly

Timothy Daly specializes in representing seriously injured people in automobile/truck accidents, medical malpractice and premises/property liability. He is a resident of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, and concentrates his practice in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Richard J. Albuquerque

Richard received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire in 1993 and earned a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 1996. After working as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, A.J.S.C., retired, for the 1996-1997 term, he joined the Atlantic City firm of Levine Staller Sklar Chan Brodsky & Donnelly, PA, where he remained until 2005. In January 2006, Richard joined the Law Office of Christopher M. Day, LLC as a partner and continued to focus his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. In 2008, the firm of D’Arcy Johnson Day was created where he is a shareholder. Richard is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2% of New Jersey attorneys. He is also a board-certified civil advocate, meeting the rigorous objective quality standards set forth by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Richard has been named a “Super Lawyer” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Allegheny College in 2006 and graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2010. A Widener Scholar and Constitutional Law Scholar, he participated in the Moot Court Honor Society Competition, and attended the International Law Program at the University of Venice. Prior to entering private practice, Daniel served as a Special Deputy Attorney General with the Office of the Attorney General, Casino Prosecutions Bureau in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Daniel has more than a decade of experience in commercial defense litigation, including workers’ compensation defense, insurance defense, construction litigation, and business litigation. As a member of D’Arcy Johnson Day’s Workers Compensation Department, he draws upon his extensive insurance defense background to help clients suffering from work-related injuries and illnesses pursue their claims for medical treatment, wage replacement, and other appropriate compensation. Daniel has been named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” from 2014 through 2023. A member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ocean County Bar Association, and New Jersey Defense Association, he is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Andrew graduated cum laude from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996. After receiving his law degree, he served as an appellate law clerk to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Virginia Long. Andrew followed his clerkship with a position at a major New York area law firm, McElroy, Deutsch, and Mulvaney. As an associate at the firm, he became well versed in the areas of personal injury insurance defense, corporate and commercial litigation, and white-collar criminal defense. On St. Patrick’s Day of 2000, Andrew joined his brother, Patrick, at the D’Arcy Law Firm, where he helped build a diversified and reputable trial law firm, concentrating in areas of serious personal injury, nursing home, and medical malpractice litigation, as well as mass torts. As an experienced trial attorney, he has been involved in some of the nation’s most high-profile cases and investigations, including a number of complex litigation, mass product/drug defect and environmental toxic tort cases, where he has had numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
