Jason Stone

Jason Stone

Over the years, I’ve thought a lot about what is really important to me. I’ve realized that much of what I want is peace of mind. As part of my attempt to find that, I’ve surrounded myself with people I trust, hoping to rely on them to provide me with good advice to make my life easier. From the plumber to electrician, surgeon to financial advisor, I’ve chosen to work with certain people, expecting them to make the right decisions for me and my family. Having hired them for their expertise, areas in which I have none, when I receive their recommendation, it’s easy to say “OK. Do what you think is best. I trust you to worry about it for me.” To rely on others so I can get closer to having peace of mind is worth every penny of the cost. If I were to hire an attorney after getting injured through no fault of my own, I’d want one-stop shopping ... a law firm to help me recover emotionally, physically and financially by addressing all of my post-injury issues so I could focus on my efforts to get back to living life like it was 5 minutes before my injury. I’d be thinking “I have enough on my plate. You’re telling me that you’ve got it all under control and I’m happy to rely on your advice.” This works only if promises are kept. When you hire us, you’re hiring us to get money for you and your family as a way to hold the person or business who harmed you accountable for everything you have lost. On that journey, we’re going to make the process the easiest it can be for you by maintaining frequent client contact and proactively addressing the challenges that are sure to come. By anticipating your needs, we will develop the trust necessary for us to ensure you are receiving compensation for everything taken from you. It’s what I would want the personal injury law firm I hired to do for me, so it only makes sense that we should be striving to do that for those who hire Jason Stone Injury Lawyers. Jason Stone is a native Bostonian, originally from Framingham, Massachusetts. After graduating from The Rivers School in Weston, he attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He then relocated to San Francisco to work in the financial industry before moving back to Boston to attend Suffolk University Law School. After graduating with honors, Jason moved to New York City. Before becoming a trial attorney for a midtown Manhattan law firm, Jason was admitted to the Massachusetts and New York State bars. In 2002, he returned to Boston to continue working as a trial attorney before founding his own legal practice in February 2004. Two years after Jason Stone Injury Lawyers was opened, Jason’s daughter was born. 25 months later, Jason’s son joined the family. For 12 years the Stones have lived in Needham. In October 2020, they added a dog to the family, named Taffy Apple.
