Edward J. Burt

Ed received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana in 1970, and studied at the St. Louis University College of Law in Missouri and also at the University of Notre Dame in Uxbridge, England. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the DePaul University College of Law in Chicago in 1973. Ed concentrates in the areas of Personal Injury and Family Law.

Edmund G. Urban III

For over 41 years, Edmund has concentrated his legal practice at the firm of Urban & Burt, Ltd. in representing both consumer and business debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12 & 13. As a member of the Federal Trial Bar, he has engaged in litigation in the Bankruptcy Courts, US District Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Admitted to three US District Courts, he has handled complex Chapter 11 matters before those courts. In 1995, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. In addition to his bankruptcy practice, Edmund has tried many auto accident and injury cases, recovering millions in damages for his clients. Outside his legal career, Edmund has been active in the area of technology and owns several high tech companies which provide cutting edge fiber optic, telecommunications and data services to governments and businesses. He spends his spare time on the ski slopes as an avid skier. Edmund has been a member of the Democratic National Committee and served on the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of a community hospital. He is active with the American Bankruptcy Institute, the largest association of bankruptcy professionals.

Frank J Ryan

He was the founding member of the South Suburban Hospital Foundation, and a retired member and past president of the South Suburban Hospital Board of Directors. When not in the office, he enjoyed working in his garden and fishing in Alaska. He is fondly remembered by the thousands of clients he represented over his 65 year career.

Cheryl C. Zeleznak

For over 30 years, Cheryl has concentrated her practice in the area of family law, where she aids individuals coping with the trauma and extreme emotions faced during a divorce or child custody dispute. She has extensive experience in the area of family law litigation, fighting to protect her clients’ rights and interests. A former CPS high school teacher, she has a unique insight assisting her clients and protecting the interests of their children during the challenging circumstances of a divorce. Cheryl is a member of the Illinois Bar Association Family Law Section and the Will County Bar Association. She is also an avid ice skater, competing at local, regional and national USFSA events. She has served as a past president and board member of the Glenwood Skating Club, and a committee member and delegate at the National Governing Council of the USFSA. She is also an avid skier and runner, having completed several Chicago Marathons.

Paul T. Napolski

Paul received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana in 1970. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1973 and his Master of Laws degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1990.
