John A. Manni joined the firm in November 2016. He was a member of the Moot Court from 2014-2016. His areas of practice include Family Law, Wills and Probate, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Guardianships, Real Estate, and Business Law. He is involved with St. Augustine’s Catholic Church and is a member of the North Whidbey Sportsman’s Association.

David M. Manni

David M. Manni is a partner of Cohen, Manni, Theune & Manni LLP. He was licensed to practice in Washington State in January 2013. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He served as the Prosecutor for the Town of Coupeville from July 2015 through April 2018. His general practice emphasizes Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense. He is the older brother to John A. Manni and lives in Oak Harbor, WA with his wife, Nicole, and their two boys.

Kenneth Manni retired in 2018. He was a National Member of the National Moot Court Team in 1979. He is a member of The Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights.

Jacob Cohen is a Vietnam Veteran and Real Estate Developer. He served as Coupeville Town Attorney from 1978-1994 and as Director of Whidbey Golf and Country Club from 1990-1992. He has handled a wide range of cases from murder defense to adoptions.
